Accommodating hotel owners.”
There was a mistake and they overbooked. The hotel owners provided us another room at a different hotel, with our permission. We didn't like the first room they showed us and they upgraded us to a better room and apologized for the mix up. Can't say much for this location, but can give our recommendation for the friendly owners who were willing to work with us to make us happy.

Beautiful and quiet local boutique guest house ”
We intended to stay for one night only but due to the hurricane last weekend, we were "forced" to stay for one more night, which fortunately turned out to be good. The guest house is located at the back of the busiest street called "Kenting Main Street". If you ask a local after you arrive in the Kenting area, they will tell you how to get there. The guest house has a simple yet modern and beautiful design. The pictures in agoda or other travel websites resembles the reality. The best thing I like is that it has a big square bath tub. We stayed in a room called "villa for two persons " on the 5th floor. It has a huge bed, a terrace, and a comfortable egg chair in the room. From the terrace you can see the neighbourhood and some part of the ocean. Some people complained there were ants. It is countryside and insects are common. But they won't come if you don't eat and litter in your room. We didn't see any ants until we littered some biscuits. There were not many. The owner will tell you not to flush any tissue paper into the toilet. Some see it as an Inconvenience but I don't. The shower head is right in front of you so just go wash yourself instead of wiping off! It is cleaner and more refreshing than getting your hand dirty! It is a countryside village house so pumping is not as good. We all know, and there are always ways to cope with those. The owner served breakfast. Made upon order. Continental style. Egg, ham, toasts, etc. Coffee is being served all day in the lobby. Don't miss the breakfast time, which is from 7 to 10. If you miss it the owner won't cook it for you. The owner, or the manager of the guest house, doesn't like taking to the guests. This is how I feel. She keeps more to herself and pays most attention to her kids. She doesn't care where you head to, why you are here... So if you want a warm host she is not that type...But she is not awful either. If you don't care much about her then it is definitely a good deal.

Homey & Cozy, Nice Breakfast, Near to main street”
We went during winter, overall was good! Friendly staffs, clean room, comfort mattress, nice breakfast, just right behind Kenting Main Street, easy access, will be great if there's elevator (because we brought the big luggage and it was our first stop). We rent a bike just opposite the junction, it's convenient. Will definitely visit here if happen to come Kenting again!

Reasonable price & decent service!”
the location is super good because it was just around the corner of the Kenting night market but also quiet as it was inside the alley. the best thing of the guest house was the breakfast! it was super nice! the breakfast starts from 8:30 but you'd better get the dining room earlier if you booked tour taxi or bus because cooking starts once you appear at the dining room :) the owner and the staff are kind and nice. I will definitely recommend this accommodation if you are looking for nice place at reasonable price ! thank you!

Superb location”
Less than 5mins walk to Kenting street, delicious breakfast cooked by the owner. New and clean room. Only setback the apartment doesn't come with lift, there is only one room on the ground floor. Traveller in a group with big and heavy luggage need think twice. Other then that is a Cozy apartment.

Near to kenting street, it's very convenient to work to kenting night market. House is clean.But the WIFI signal is really bad, we live in the 2nd floor, Iphone even can't connect to WIFI most of time.Noisy air condition, hope it can be fixed soon.

Never felt cozier!”
Rooms are very nice and the service is great. Even though it is a little bit hard to find (took me some extra 15min) it is located in very good position since it is on the backside of the noisy main street. For me this little guest house is definitely an insider tip. I gave one point deduction because i had serious problems with the street dogs in front of the hotel.

Location is good, little disappointed of the staff service”
The location is good, right next to the Kenting Street. However, the staff is not that anticipatory. Remember that was heavy raining outside, we were wet from top to toe, the staff didn't show any caring and haven't give us towel/ Actually is very disappointed about the service

Very good hostel! ”
The only drawback would be that the WIFI was weak in the room (we stayed in 2nd floor) and I had to go to the ground floor to receive messages or send photos via Whatsapp. But other than that everything is perfect.

Cozy little guest house with hearty breakfast”
I traveled with my dad and we stayed on 1/F. Our room had a double and a single bed with a balcony(view was blocked though). What I liked about the guesthouse was the hearty home-cooked breakfast prepared daily by the inn keeper. The location is perfectly in between the beach and the main street. Great!

Die Lage ist super. Man ist sehr nah am Nachtmarkt und trotzdem ist es nachts ruhig genug. Der Strand ist nicht weit entfernt. Die Besitzerin war sehr hilfsbereit und macht ein leckeres Frühsück.
