Staff : 10/10 The moment i arrived, i was amazed by their smiles and hospitality. The staffs spoke English fluently and was very easy to communicate with. Room : 10/10 The room was clean and spacious. House-keeping did a great job every single day. Food ; 9/10 For those whom have not been here before, there is a popcorn machine on the ground floor which really brings out the fun in this hotel. I'll definitely visit again.

Stay for 5nights here! Location is very great. In the heart of Pratunam. You only need to walk 5minutes to reach Pratunam Market and shopping till drop. At night there’s so many food around! And you only need 53 baht to go Siam using taxi meter! How near it is! Staff was so friendly and good English! Room was so clean and comfortable. Will be back surely ❤️ thanks Klub Hotel

Great choice in BKK”
10mins walk to BTS station. 2mins walk to access to food and massages. 10mins walk to platinum and pratunam area. Hotel is well maintained and it provides free tuk tuk to a few designated streets only, staff is friendly, breakfast is great, room is very spacious, clean and neat. The only downside is it has thin walls but it's bearable. Overall, it's a good stay!

Location fantastic, no problem especially when Klub provides tuk tuk/ shuttle service. Very caring staff as we had a 80 year with us. Am impressed with the staff working there ( very caring) special thanks to Dang who is always concern with my father in law getting up & down from the tuk tuk. He did more than he should, did his job with his heart!❤️ Well Done conceige / tuk tuk team! Down side, a little long wait for checking in as we arrived 3.35pm but rooms not ready till 4pm, just can't wait & went straight for exploring in the city by shuttle provided.😊

Well maintained ”
Have been staying with this hotel ever since they have started. They have maintained the cleanliness standard and improved with Free shuttle services to shopping centres like Siam Paragon at specified timing. Have paid for breakfast but their food is always running out. Hope they can improve on that. Will be going back again for sure though.

Value for money”
Location was near pratunam but gotta walk through some small alleys. Rooms were clean and fairly spacious. Beds were comfortable. Shower was good as water pressure is strong and able to provide hot water without sudden drop in temperature. Toilet was a little squeezy but still ok given the price. Overall a comfortable stay.

I remember I'm in so much pain and everyone of you quickly attended to my needs in their most efficient manner possible. Send us to clinic nearby with shuttle tuk tuk and still take concern of me when I have send to Phyathai Hospital for emergency surgery last fews day. The location is considered quite centralized in Pratunam and there is also free pickup to nearby locations. Rooms is clean and spacious with big toilet area. Staffs are friendly also. Wide spread of breakfast buffet. There is also a restaurant below with big screen showing EPL during my weekend stay.

This hotel is located near to Platinum market, Talad Neon night market , within walking distance about 10 mins. This hotel also provided tuk tuk service to BTS station, Platinum mall, Siam Paragon Mall and Central World. The hotel is clean and good for travelling a group ! I travel with 2 friends and we book a 4 persons room ( 2 bunk beds) , everything is just nice! You will entitled Guava welcome drinks each person, 1 Mojito upon check-in. This hotel have 8 floors. Their breakfast buffet is 265 baht and start from 6:00am to 10:00 am. The deposit is 1000 baht, refundable during check out. Others: at night, the lighting in hotel may not satisfied as they are not using white light bulb. Toilet is okay just the common space, they are not using curtain but roller blinds, so the room will turn bright in the morning .

Very Good Stay”
We stayed there for 7 days. Everything we seen were pretty much the same as shown in the pictures, very clean and tidy. We want to thank to all the tuk-tuk drivers, they were willing to drop us off out of the 4 designated spots to make us more convenient. If you not sure where to go for a dinner or massages, feel free to check with the tuk-tuk drivers, they would give their recommendation generously. The hotel is located in the mid of Pratunam area, pretty much walkable to the nearby attractions, eg Pratunam market, Platinum Fashion mall etc. Almost every corner of the streets have street side foods, we enjoy going different stalls for our breakfast every morning. The only feedback is the room quiteness. The building was designed in such a way that the centre of the building is hollow, so sometimes we may hear noises from other floors. But overall it is still worth the money.

The Hotel is not on the main street so it won't be too loud at night. Everything ist quite clean and they care for you. It's nice to have all that stuff in the bathroom. You won't need to bring anything. Just the air condition is a central one.

NOTHING BUT EVERYTHING ”
It is not a 6 star hotel, yet the layout and how helpful all personnel of the hotel are from start to end is just beyond excellent. I would compare it to Grand Hyatt KL but in some areas, BETTER! In fact, KLUB HOTEL should be the training hub for all hotels in Bangkok and Thailand. KLUB Hotel gives the feel that you are home away from home. Mom who feeds yummy food and dad who fetch you around tirelessly. The FREE Tuk tuk shutter has 4 drop off and pick up stations, which all guest can use. ALL tuk tuk drivers are so fun and love what they do, they also are so concern of the safety of the guest always would mentioned to ring them once done so they can come fetch. This is super convenient to get to the main shopping, massage, food streets especially which elderly family member who rather not walk far. To the person reading this at KLUB, please share this to all your front-lines you have an awesome group of them, you hired right! Because of them KLUB HOTEL IS AWESOME AND MY NO1.

I am recommending all their staffs except the service staff in the restaurant every time we took our breakfast. They dont know how to greet. Especially the 2 service staffs forget to get their names. This 2 staffs need to call their attention. But overall experience was great!

Me and my friend stayed here for 5D4N and we loved it! Reasonable price, super perfect location - walking distance to Platinum/ Pratunam (and other interesting places) and Rachathewi BTS, delicious breakfast - we were always looking forward for it, nice and friendly staff, spacious room. The next time I'll be going to BKK, would definitely book this hotel again. Highly recommended!

What a pretty and great hotel in bangkok, clean, staff very pretty and friendly, especially the super friendly tuk tuk driver name TEE very appreciated for all the way your help. I stay at suite room for 5 days and we have nothing to complain, room very clean and breakfast was good too. Very good location for shopping and you can easily find a lot of nice food and massage just walk all the way. I’ll come back and stay again with this hotel. Thank you klub hotel.
