Beautiful and private location, highly recommend”
Staying at Koh Tao Heights added to a wonderful experience in Koh Tao. I had stayed a few nights previously near the main Sairee area but wanted somewhere to relax afterwards. The staff and service was exceptional. I was picked up by their taxi service on arrival and taken right away to the villa. The views of Koh Tao were beautiful. They give you a mobile phone with the office, taxi and local restaurants numbers for delivery service. This was perfect because I just stayed at the villa in the pool most of the time. I highly recommend this place and hope to stay here again one day.

Koh Tao island was a great place to visit! Koh Tao Heights Pool Villas was a great Villa with a two person staff that take care of all your needs. Full kitchen to cook and a wonderful view of the Ocean. This is not Bangkok or any other part of Thailand! This is an island two and one half hours by ferry in the middle of the Ocean. Diving, snorkling, swimming were great! Young crowd 25 to 35 mostly from Europe and Australia. If you want beach and island life, this is the place to go visit. One hour flight from Bangkok to Koh Samui, 2.5 hour ferry ride from Koh Samui to Kao Tao.

Amazing stay”
Koh Tao Heights Pool Villas are exactly as it's shown in the pictures! All facilities are perfect, the pool is really big and the view over Koh Tao is simply amazing! Best hotel we stayed in during our trip through southeast asia. The staff, Dan & A gave us a warm welcome with a coconut drink and were overall really friendly. All villa guests get a mobile phone with all important numbers on it. Food order worked very well. We wish we could have stayed longer.

Our stay was simply superb. The view of Sairee beach and the sunset was beautiful. The villa is tastefully furnished and all the amenities was functioning perfectly. Special thanks to Lynn for being a wonderful host throughout the stay. A handphone was provided; information was aptly sent through the phone, and we could use the phone to make calls locally to the dive companies and restaurants for delivery. We enjoyed our stay at Koh Tao specially because of Koh Tao Heights. It is definitely a 5 star establishment.

From the fantastic service offered by Dan who was on hand to meet us and help with any questions or queries to the villas themselves everything about this place was first class. Nice touches included mobile phones with taxi and restaurant numbers included, menus for numerous local restaurants and fully stocked minibars in the villas themselves. The rooms and grounds of the villas are breathtaking and as much as photographs look great they are even better in the flesh. Thanks to the team at Koh Tao Heights for a fantastic holiday and i look forward to returning at some point in the future.

A little slice of heaven ”
Our stay was amazing. Lynne and Tac were fabulous we didn't really pester them at all but we could tell they would go out there way to make sure your stay was more then you expect. The view was to die for the villa spacious clean and the bed so comfy. They even had fizz waiting in our room chocolates and little touches for our honeymoon which was so so lovely. The music player was really welcomed too. Lek the taxi driver was nice and would pick you up anywhere so quickly, we very rarely used the free taxi though as enjoyed the walk (very steep mind) and hired a scooter but the 2 free taxis are a good thing to have. The maintenance staff were very courteous. Only niggle was breakfast wasn't anything special or varied and juice or shakes should be included. Thanks for a great stay Koh Tao heights hope to be back soon!

Exceptional”
Koh Tao Heights provided a high standard of service from arriving at the pier all the way through to checking out. The villa had amazing views of Koh Tao and Koh Nangyuan! The rooms were clean and well maintained. Very spacious bathroom and living room as well as a large tv preloaded with films. A mobile phone is also provided with a taxi number and many restaurant numbers for deliveries. The staff were very helpful and aided our booking of excursions and ferry departing the island. Overall a great experience.

Great views and relaxing pool”
Koh Tao Heights has it all for a nice stay on the island. The pool and the views are astonishing. Apartment is spacious and very well decorated. Because the road to the apartment is very steep be sure you have some driving experience when driving a scooter. Breakfast can be easily ordered via the restaurants nearby. Top location and apartment. Very close to heaven. One remark: please be careful when booking the private island trip by longtail boat. Tourism have made the excursion companies greedy; not worth the money unless you can make some arrangements with the captain on beforehand.

Amazing poolvilla”
Loads of privacy and plenty of things to do around the beautiful island of Koh tao. Would recommend to couples, breakfast was delivered daily at request. Pool and outdoor seating and hammock were great, 2 free lifts per day up quite a substantial hill to any of the pool villas are also complimentary. Also movies are available on the TV. Absolutely loved our stay and the whole island of Koh tao!

Glad I spent the extra money and chose Koh Tao Heights. We stayed in the Horizon villa, which has an incredible 180 view of the sea and surrounding area. The place is well kept and very comfortable. Serenely quiet.

Great Experience”
Koh Tao Heights Pool Villas was a great experience overall. The view was unreal, exactly what the pictures captured. The amenities were equally exceptional (by Thai standards): New construction, high ceilings, ample space, beautiful private plunge pool (large for a plunge pool too), Wi-Fi connectivity was excellent inside and out on the porch, we were given a mobile phone for the week with pre-set tax and other numbers at pre-set rates, which was great. The villa itself was a bit of an arduous trek as it required several impossibly steep inclines, but that's what was required for such views and privacy in the middle of the two most populated areas of the island. On the downside, the hammock broke while my girlfriend and I were laying in it one night (she weighs 108 lbs and I 185); the staff, while pleasant, were extremely lax in clean-up and restocking, we never got new soap during the 5 day stay and ran out, never restocked anything form the minibar or fruit plate, we had to provide our own laundry bags and bring laundry down to the office though we paid for the privilege, basically staff made the bed and replaced towels if left on bathroom floor. It was impossible to get food sent up to the villa as well. All-in-all, a beautiful place and a great stay.

My wife and I stayed here for 4 nights of our honeymoon and had a great time. The villa was private and worth the extra money. We spent a lot of our time hanging out in the private pool and admiring the view. Sairee beach is a short walk away, although I would recommend adding the motor bike to your reservation as the walk up to the villas can be tiresome.

Great Villa”
Absolutely great villa (Tree Top Villa). Fantastic view on Sairee bay. The only disadvantage is that it's located on a high hill. If you don't rent a car or motorbike, you will need to 'climb' that hill. But you can always take a taxi to take you back there with some shoppings. Great relax and privacy. Not cheap, but worth the price.

Hard to put it all into words: the view, the staff, the amenities, the location, the villa, the pool... downright epic. Best experience in Thailand, and definitely will come back. Everything is extremely well organised, from the pickup to having the menus from various island restaurants that delivery to your front door. Relaxing and blissful. Best Views Ever”
Stayed here for 3 nights with my husband on our honeymoon and it was just the best! It’s crazy to get to, super steep hills, but they make it easy to leave and get back to the hotel with taxis services., I think about 300baht. The room and pool are amazing, love the hammock, and view of the island. The staff is super nice too! Only bummer was how crazy the ants got when it rained, like allllll over the deck. I stepped outside while it was dark and heard crunch crunch. LoL I ran back inside and we kept the doors closed until morning. Luckily it was only the 1st night so w were able to enjoy the pool the next two days. Would def stay here again!

Very nice stay”
Private villa is great! Total comfort and super relaxing. The bad things of our stay were that the office is open only until 5pm. They give you a private cell phone with taxi numbers which only picked up once and we had to walk up the hill where the hotel is located, which on the way is pretty dark. Also at 2am a BIG spider appeared out of nowhere in our room. I have aracnophobia and there was no one to call to help us. We had to kill it ourselves.

the villa is super nice having a bit of the hill side view and the stunning sea view the staff are super friendly. what i like most is that they give you a phone for the driver and the delivery. it's located a bit high up even though we didn't rent a bike it's still manageable to walk back up
