The staff are very polite and are willing to help with our requests all the time. Absolutely loved their cafe which offered amazing Thai food along with reasonable price. Breakfast had a great variety of selections too! The room was neat and cozy, loved the idea of having refillable glass bottles in the room, they have a water dispenser on every floor. Due to some personal reasons, they even let us change our room and it really shows their professionalism in customer service, smiles all the time! Although tucked away in a quiet alley, this hotel is a walking distance to the happening Nimman area with modern cafes and the maya mall, quite a lot to see especially in the night. It is quite a distance to the night bazaar in the city centre but you can always hail a grab so no worries! Only about 10 mins away from the airport if you used a shortcut which was really time-saving. Would love to come back if we ever return to Chiang mai, highly recommend!

Just stayed the one night. Staff were very pleasant, room was great. Location quick access to city and airport. You gotta fill your water up from water dispenser in hallway but all good if you are a plastic minimalist, world saving superhero. Food and coffee I ordered were good too. Foyer and cafe/ lounge area was fresh, clean and nice for chilling/doing some work. Even had little play area for kids. Would definitely stay again.

The front-desk staff was super friendly. I had to put zero effort to check in the hotel. Everything about the room was all informed. The room was super clean. All the details and descriptions about everything are provided in the room. It was very convenient. Moreover, this hotel is super environmental-friendly, which I very much appreciated. The hotel will provide you nothing in the bathroom at first, and you could just kindly call them if you need things such as shaver, toothbrushes or whatever.

This is the second time I stay at this hotel. It’s remarkably exceptional. This time we got one of the best rooms that come with the Doi Suthep View. The staffs are always friendly, and the room is sparkling clean. I would definitely come back here again. My only advice is that if the hotel could provide more spaces for the parking lot. It would be perfect !!

Don’t be scared off by some of these outdated reviews. I heard one plane the whole time, and the location is excellent. Very easy to get into with car and cab. The staff is so friendly and helpful, almost at a 5 star level of service. Bed was super comfortable, and the Mountain View room is great!

Staff are well trained and helpful. The room is spotless and well decorated. Only 5-10minutes walk from the centre of Nimman but also well away from the noise and hustle. ONE BIG DOWNSIDE tho is that the airplanes are VERY VERY NOISY. There are flights constantly whooshing through right above you until midnight and theyre flying so low that they sound like thunder storm. Otherwise it’s great. Love the water fountain idea so you get free water. Tho it’s shut down during night time.

We stayed 3 nights. The hotel staffs (from the front to back of the house) always greeting us whenever they see us. The room quite plenty of space and clean. The breakfast is acceptable (Congee, Salad, Thai Food, Bread). We definitely will stay in this hotel next time.

New and modern facilities with friendly staff, clean room and convenient location. Great idea of 1) refill water bottle to ‘go green/save the earth 2) a mixed buffet BF of all good menu plus one main dish of your choice. This reduces food waste. I will revisit if time permits in the future.

The hotel location is near Nimman main road, close to lots of shops and restaurants, banks and supermarkets. Clean and quiet hotel with a nice view. It was a last minute booking as we were too cold in the mountains and we had to forgo the tent. Kokotel was great in every way. From service to the beds and location. Definitely a thumbs up for us as our girls asked to stay for a few more nights!! 😆 Nice food in the hotel restaurant and nice cafes just outside the hotel. 👍🏻

The hotel concept is lovely; hotel theme, save the world concept and also the Kokotel Sheep. Clean, nice and large room. The staff is polite and helpful. The location is not far from Warm Up or Nimmanhemin but quite far from Maya. Will go back to this hotel again for sure.

Overall stay in the hotel is excellent.The hotel is clean and it closes to Ninman District which is very easy to get food at night. The hotel very close to Airport. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is provided. A simple hotel which is comfortable with good access to everywhere. One small thing to highlight is if you book the 4 beds room. Watch up your head when you climb up the upper bed. The air conditioning position is not covered certain part in the room.
