Place is clean. Room is little bit dark but it is 100 comfortable and clean. The guy name Ramil from 4th flr east wing is the one I truly recommended. Jul 15 2019 birthday of my son. We are looking for a lighter cause we need to light up the candle of my sons birthday cake. I asked Ramil from the lobby we to find or buy. He proactively offered that he can lend his lighter he went to other side of the building just to get his lighter. That kind of person is doing his job beyond expectation. Please keep him and give him recommendation or reward. And the guard on duty helped to find a vehicle going to jetty port. Helping my wife and son get in to the vehicle. You guys are the best. Keep it up! Will surely book in your place again in the future and I will recommend your place to others. Thank you!!

booked an executive deluxe but when we arrived, no available rooms and we wanted to check in early so they transferred & upgraded us to premier super deluxe at room 102, which is adjacent to the kiddie pool and breakfast lounge❤️ best upgrade!!! -AC is cool -1000% great staffs and front desk personnel -Clean room -breakfast was so so but everything was okay, very helpful staffs and lifeguards are always there to watch over the kids, clean and quiet environment at night! so worth it!!! place is great if you want your kids to enjoy❤️ Premier Wing is a minute walk to convenient stores, restaurants and station X....

Good Value for Money”
The Check-in process was smooth and we were granted early check-in because we arrived earlier than 2PM. The rooms are complete with facilities you need including a spacious comfort room (we had the standard twin room). Everything was clean and the staff were very polite. The location is also good since it's near to the fun places although a bit far from D'Mall but it doesn't matter. I only have one negative review which is the food I had from the free breakfast. The scrambled eggs are bland so I had to ask for salt every day, there are days when red tea is served and it's really bland. Over-all, I would stay again since it's clean and I don't really stay at the hotel for too long while on vacation. Good experience.

Exceptional experience ”
My family Had the most stress free holiday here. From check in and out of this hotel, food was lovely, staff was always accomodating and helpful. I booked the executive deluxe room and it is spacious, super budget friendly for a family of 4. I commend their airport transfers (land-sea-land) as it was smooth it only took us less than 10 mins to get to the hotel and back. they even have their own port so you won't have to queue up with other people at the jetty port. Everything is so private. Will deffo come back here again. Thank you for the wonderful experience La Carmela De Boracay ♥️

La Carmela de Boracay is a recommendable hotel in Boracay. The staffs were accommodating and always greet you with smile. Moreover, the room is sparkling clean and comfy. Hot-cold shower, fridge, cable television, airconditioned room, what else can I ask for. 😊 Also, they have a pool near the beach so you can enjoy the view even at night. Premier Ocean View FTW!”
I highly recommend Premier Ocean View rooms, you'll get a excellent view of the beachfront. It has a terrace with seating and with view of the pool area where fire dancers are performing every night. It's just above the Cafe where you'll have the free buffet breakfast. PROS: Beach front, free buffet breakfast with great selection everyday, very spacious and well maintained rooms. Generous supply of toiletries. Fire dancers in the pool area every night. CCTVs along the hallways. CONS: Some rooms have poor WiFi connections.

One of the best hotel in Station 2”
We were a group of 14 people including 3 kids. Booked for 4 rooms in La Carmela. Breakfast buffet was included. Rooms were clean. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Hotel was only a few steps from the white beach. Water refill available in every floor of the building. Staffs were very friendly from check in to check out. Will recommend this hotel to my friends and will definitely book again with La Carmela the next time i come back to Boracay.

We stayed at La Carmela for our wedding anniversary. The location is perfect! We're right in front of the beach. A lot of establishments nearby (convenience store, Andoks, Station X, tricycle station etc), plus the water activities are also right in front. We had our crystal kayak right after breakfast at the beach front. Weren't able to use the pool since we were out the whole day. I love that they have in-house massage therapists! We booked combination massage 2 nights in a row. Water dispenser available at the corridor but not on our floor so we went upstairs pero okay lang at least tipid sa water. Kaya lang amenities at the room were not enough. No slippers, shampoo/conditioner combo that is free looks used, no bath towels (we requested 8pm, it arrived 6am).

Perfect Choice! ”
I was with my hubby and 5-yr old kid. The location was too perfect! Beachfront with pools. Price is way cheaper compared to the other beachfront resorts. Do not expect a luxurious stay but a perfect place to stay. Have a free breakfast with a variety of options. The room was big (2 double beds) and clean with a hot and cold shower. The staff was approachable and kind. We will definitely stay again here for future Boracay escapades. :)

My friends and I are looking for a cheap yet a good location in the island. The hotel is very clean and good location for my friends who were first timer in Boracay. It is very accessible to the beautiful white sand beach. Hotel staff are very approachable. Our stay in La Carmela gives us another satisfaction. The buffet breakfast was also good that inclusive in our payment to the room.

Affordable and Good Location”
For it's rates, this is really a good affordable hotel. Good plated breakfast with choices of coffee or juice for your drinks. It has a pool with good view of the beach. The room was clean. It was also cleaned everyday by our request. They provided hygiene kits including 2 pieces of face mask, tissue, and alcohol per pack, one pack per person per day.

Perfect location”
Not the best hotel in Boracay but it was the perfect vacation hotel for my family. Affordable, free breakfast, close proximity to the beach and everything we need is a few steps away. Transpo, stores, restaurants, even the hair braiding station is just outside. Hehe. We felt safe having the hotel close to the police station too. The rooms are simple & clean, beds are big enough to share.

Being in the service industry myself, I'd say I have quite high standards in customer service. So it's rare for me to get blown away by a service experience, which I did with La Carmela de Boracay. All the staff from front desk, food servers to housekeeping were trained very well. Everyone at the hotel constantly smiled and greeted us and promptly catered to our requests. I've been to several hotels in Boracay and the view here is excellent. As for the food, the breakfast is worth it and considered good in Boracay. Also especial thanks to Ms Kathleen who assisted me in changing my bookings multiple times. <3

The staffs are very polite and accommodating. The food was awesome. We availed their dinner buffet at it was delicious! The room was spacious and very clean. They have a hygiene kit waiting for the guest. We stayed in the 5th floor and the water was low and the flush wasn’t working. But overall it’s a very good experience

Great customer service”
Staff are nice and corteous. Specially the housekeeping staff. I just asked him to sweep the floor because of the sands came from our slippers but he did everything and go beyond my expectation in keeping our place clean and ssnitize. Kudos to that guy i forgot to asked his name. Excecutive wing room 301 last march 31 for his recognition.

La Carmela de Boracay, just remember this name for the best hotel. Stepping through the lobby, i was immediately struck by the beautiful and friendly reception area. The staff throughout the hotel were very professional, friendly and extremely helpful. They always greeting and smiling to us. The breakfasts were amazing. The location of the hotel is great. The room was very spacious and well equipped with all essentials. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to the tourists who want to go to Boracay. Will be back to this place soon!!!

So I booked 3d2n stay at La Carmela on the same day, very reasonable price for a standard room. When I arrived, the receptionist gave me a free room upgrade! I stayed at a room with a beautiful view of the pool and the beach! The staff are very friendly including the security personnel. I feel very secured and safe with their covid protocols strictly implemented and they’re giving free hygiene kit! Highly recommended for those looking for a hotel that has pool and just a step away to the beach!

Exceptional”
The facilities were clean although it looked old especially the elevator and I liked that it had hair dryer to dry my clothes, and we enjoyed the free breakfast as it was in the front beach and the air conditioning was just right. The only thing I did not like was the wifi and data signal so we had problems connecting to internet but overall I would still recommend this place.
