Modern, stylish, central”
Don't be put off by the mode of entry. We turned up after dark and were left at the imposing door to a dark courtyard. We crammed into a tiny lift up to the third floor and then entered the chic lobby of the hotel. Receptionist was impeccably polite and helpful. Our room was spacious and bright, with a little balcony for people-watching on the street below. The bed was spacious and firmly soft, the toiletries were by Etro, the towels thick and fluffy, the room spotless. The breakfast was a little unimaginative. The staff were all most helpful. The location is ideal for shopping and sightseeing yet quiet. Ideal!

The staff were simply excellent. They remembered your name, and helped you to plan your itinerary without extra charge or hard sell their partners' tours to you. They used excellent toiletries and extremely huge room. The breakfast was ok. Although they do not have a pool, the Jacuzzi was fun and you will have a view of the palace and cathedral. No wonder it is ranked no.1 in Naples on Tripadvisor.

I would recommend this hotel. The location is great as you can walk to most of the attractions. Taxis are abundant and there are lots of little food places around for a snack. The rooms are modern, clean and comfortable. It is a quirky property and one I would return to if I come back to Naples.

Stylish Hotel”
All the staff are very helpful and informative. Hotel design is absolutely good just the 1st day nite the heater have a little problem, we only have a warm water shower and slept in cold bed. The 2nd night is fine cuz eventually they fixed the conditioning system. Just one reminder for you, the road the the hotel located is no car access allowed, so if you have a heavy luggage, please be prepare for a short walk.

泊まった部屋の内装は、白を基調とした落ち着く部屋だった。バスルームにはなんと、ジェットバス。普通のグレードでこのクオリティは嬉しい。 また、スタッフが、丁寧で、かつ気が利く対応だった。 さらに、テラスでの朝食は雰囲気、メニュー共に満足。 【捕捉】 『Napoli Centrale』からの移動はタクシで移動。バスは予定通りに来ないため、あまりオススメしない。
