There is a very welcoming staff. The facility is new and well-kept. Services are optimal and the price is completely fair and in-line with services offered.

An outstanding property located right in the heart of Sulmona that is inside a restored 14th century building. The rooms were huge, very clean and had everything you needed. Breakfast was included and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The location is on point! Step out the door and you will be right in the thick of the action with plenty of cafes, shops and historic points to visit. If you drive in, they will provide you with a special parking pass which is needed to enter the historic area of the city which is where this property is located. The bed was very comfortable, the balcony view is right out of a movie, the bathroom is the size of some apartments and overall everything was spotless. The TV is an Android based so you can log in with your credentials quite easily for YouTube and Netflix.

It is right in the historic centre, very Italian in style, just beautiful. Theres a cafe/bar right outside the door.

Perhaps another may be less happy about the location, as you can hear the happenings in the town square from the room.

Really went out of their way to make us feel welcome and to be helpful, including with hiking trails and dietary restrictions.

The location was excellent, very close to the Piazza Garibaldi. The hotel is in a very old family home, dating back to the 1700's. Our hosts Cinza and Sammy shared the history, and helped us learn where to go and what to see. Cinza speaks English very well so communication was easy. She also recommended a very good restaurant for traditional Abruzzi cuisine. Cinza picked us up at the train station and returned us there when it was time to go. We had an excellent experience.

Historisches Gebäude, schön renoviert, super Lage! Großes Zimmer. Im Lokal Buonvento hat es uns gut geschmeckt. Hinweis: wer im Majella-Nationalpark wandern geht, sollte wissen: die „Rifugios“ sind nicht bewirtschaftet, sondern kleine Schutzhütten, also gut Essen und Trinken mitnehmen.

Purtroppo non dipende dalla struttura ma fino a tarda notte c'erano in strada schiamazzi.
