The cleaning lady , The beds .
They dont speak english . Mold in the shower . They gave us another appartment than the one we have booked . Noone was there to welcome us , we found the cleaning lady by pure luck and she gave us the keys . No washing machine , even tho it was on the description . Very very very bad coffee . Broken shower , the shower top was out of order . The room was full of humidity cause there was no ventilation in the bathroom .

Very spacious and clean apartment. Modern design. Staff very friendly and helpful. Fresh sheets and towels provided as well as water in the fridge. Easy to find. Air conditioning also good.

The apartment was very clean and spacious, located and quite area. Place value for money.
Laud air conditioning, shower doors cannot close properly and water was leaking. the owner is not speaking English and communication might be challenging

Host was late to give us key, even if there was box, so he could give me code for it and I would take the keys. Power cuts multiple times during our stay and host not answering his phone or Booking messages. Very poor kitchen facilities, no corkscrew, no glasses for wine.

Lovely, clean appartement, 20 minutes walk to trainstation”

The appartment was very spacious, clean and had all ammenities needed for a longer stay. It had an aircondition and washing machine. A 10 minutes walk to a supermarket. Located 20 minutes walk from the trainstation, from there another 10 minutes to city center. The host, Piero, handed the keys and was very nice. A few Italian words come in handy, because the host doesn't speak english. I loved staying here, will do next time.

Very good, not much to improve”

The place was sparkling clean. The neighborhood was calm and quiet. The bus stop is just on 1 min walking distance. The couch in the living room and the bed were both very comfortable.
Instructions how to get the keys can be sent to the renters prior their arrival. The housekeeper entered the place at 7:30 in the morning herself which was really surprising and not in a nice way when you’re in a different country. We were 3 adults wanting 2 separate rooms and it’s not clear from the website that the double bed is actually not in a separate room, but on something like a second lifted floor with no doors or walls, right above the living room.

The room was clean and had all the facilities needed
The host did not respond at the message on booking regarding our arriving time and the phone number on site was out of order. We've managed to reach due to another number posted on building. The host was half an hour late. The bed boards under the mattress were broken on the right side of the bed and they kept sinking the person sitting there. Funny at first, but hard to sleep on them. No password for the wi-fi available in the room.
