We arrived late in the evening and our key was waiting for us on a table in the lobby as the hotel wasn't staffed after a certain point in the day. We made our way into the elevator to our room (or you could take the stairs!). Elevator was big enough for two people and two bags. Room was tastefully decorated and clean. The bed was comfy and linens were soft. Pillows were squishy and good. The bathroom was large and clean. Shower had good water pressure and hot water. Breakfast was personable with the front desk lady hosting. Breakfast room was cute and cozy. Great communication with the hostess prior to check-in.

Our room faced the street and was loud towards the afternoon and late evening. The lobby was dark when checking in so that was kind of unwelcoming. It was warm in the room and they shut off the air conditioning once it's autumn so that was frustrating as it was still warm weather in early autumn; we left the window open to get fresh cool air in, but was still noisy and hard to sleep.

I loved everything! Fantastic and warm welcome and although I was very early so my room wasn't ready, they were kind enough not just to look after my bag but they also put it in my room when it was ready and even hung up my coat for me (nice touch!). I was also provided with a map and information on where to go plus 3 restaurant recommendations. The bedroom and bathroom were a great size. Bed was wonderfully comfortable and definitely the best shower of the holiday as the water pressure was really good. Although in a noisy street, once the window was closed, it was perfectly quiet. Breakfast was also better than I had experienced as not only could you choose some continental breakfast items, but they also had a list of cooked options you could choose from. Location was absolutely perfect - in the centre of everything so easy to pop back to the hotel room at various points during the day.

Quiet, extremely clean, newly and stylishly renovated, spacious. Breakfast was all the self serve items you get in Italy, plus a choice of a cooked to order food. We had probably the best omlette of our lives:(local ham and soft cheese filling). 3 minute walk to town centre metro. Friendly multi lingual staff. Small establishment. We ended up feeling like friends.

The very friendly and professional staff made our stay wonderful. Check in was easy and everything was arranged and perfect. The place is beautifully decorated and nothing was missing. Location is perfect in Brescia. Last but not least, the breakfast is really good and with a wide range of choises. Many thanks to the nice and helpful hosts.

Everything was perfect - the location was excellent, Lidia and other staff members were amazing, the room was comfortable and quiet. City of Brescia is a gem, beautiful and interesting. And the food was great!

Beautiful old building refurbished to a very high standard. Exceptional service with attention to detail. Spacious bedroom, great shower and very comfy bed. In short, it was difficult to find fault and great value for money. On the basis of this one night stay we will return for a longer stay sometime.

The location was perfect for our stay as we were attending a concert in the nearby piazza. The staff were most excellent, cannot fault customer service- top notch.

The lift to the upper floors was exceedingly slow.

Unique small hotel / B&B in historic district. Very clean. Very comfortable once we finally were able to get a/c working. Excellent breakfast.

Major information / communication issues. No info in room about how to work a/c or TV, and no hotel staff on site after you check in. Info in room said to dial 9 for help anytime, but that rang and rang and nobody answered. Tried to dial hotel # and that didn't work either. Eventually connected via email and got info about how to work a/c but only after an hour of frustration. Believe more info is needed in room about how to work things and also clear simple foolproof way to contact staff if needed.

Perfectly renovated old building in historical centre, great view over Brescia rooftops from the room on 5th floor, exceptionally good breakfast. Our friendly host Stefanie gave us great advice on eating out and day trips. We used the Fossa Bagni public parking (9.1 Euro per day).
