            Pleasant hotel and exceptional staff, but higher than average rate.”

            Visited LTI with the family for a short stay. I liked the hotel and facilities (pools, aqua park, resturants), but what was exceptional is the staff. Mostafa (service desk) and the rest of staff members we dealt with are very welcoming and helpful. They looked after us very well, and did not expect anything in return. Pools are very nice and of different depth to help young children as well. Aqua park is shared with the other siste-hotel but still very cool and not very crowded. Overall the stay was really good
            Kids club could have been longer. It was only for 30 minutes a day. Rate is very high compared to other hotels in the area. We stayed for a few days then moved to another hotel which was on the same level of service, but much cheaper

            The fourth time we’ve stayed, and the first time that we had stomach trouble. All three of us were ill, which would tend to point to food.

            Definitely not 5 star hotel! Various employees were unfriendly and stressed. Restaurants were dirty, buffet choice limited and food quality basic, crowded canteen feeling with way too many people in the hotel.
