Due to we are homestay, so we would like to collect RM50 Refundable Damage Deposit. RM50 is refundable depend on damage inspection. Deposit will be refund on the same day guest check out by cash. Attention: *Strictly NO DRUGS/illegal activities inside this premises. We reserve right to make police report. 1)No Smoking/No Shisha/No BBQ/No Steamboat/No Cooking in the unit. Penalty RM100 2)No Pet/No Durian/No Mangosteen/No Strong smell fruits allowed. Penalty RM100. 3)No Loud/No Karaoke/No Party/No event/No catering in the unit. Penalty RM100 4)Do Not use bath towel as mat towel. Mat towel is provided. Penalty RM50/towel 5)Penalty/Damage/Lost items is chargeable and deducted from damage deposit. Eg:Remote Control/Access Card/Key is RM150 per item. 6)Please turn all switch & air cond off upon check out. Penalty RM50. 7)Extremely dirty/party mess might incur extra cleaning/laundry fees at RM100 or more. 8)Late check out (after 12pm) without asking host is chargeable. 9)Please take off shoes & put shoes inside the unit. 10)Please lock the door all the time.

Hyped”

The room is not exactly the same as advertised. Its clean, but once i got into the room, it was filled with cigarette smell. The blanket given was like what we have at home. Overnight stay, ok. But i wont recommend it if you want to have a pleasant stay. And you have to add rm150 to watch the microwave sized tv. Pfft!
