The property itself is very clean and the owner was always responsive and helpful. There is plenty of space with high ceiling allowing a lot of light to come in.
The building is located across a park where people were doing random things at all hours of the night. We didn’t feel comfortable walking around that area and had to Uber everywhere

The view at night of the skyline of Downtown Dallas was nice, the rooms were very clean.
The location was not good, I felt it was in a dangerous area, and our Granddaughter's nintendo switch and headphones were stolen. I'm not sure that luxury apartments is accurate, to me it was more like historic. There was one working elevator when we arrived and the wait was about 10 - 15 minutes, which took forever when you are trying to unload luggage, food, drinks, Christmas presents etc. The description said it was a 3 bedroom apartment, with 2 queen beds and 1 king bed and a sofa sleeper. It was a 2 bedroom, and the third "bedroom" was a queen bed in the living room area, and the only seating in the LR was 2 wingback chairs, there was no sofa sleeper. There were plenty of dining room chairs, but no real gathering place for the family to sit and visit or watch TV together. There were 2 blowup mattresses one of which had a hole, so it was useless. Since it is a very old building, there was a very dank, musty, stale odor in the apartment, which was very off putting and unpleasant.

The unit we stayed in was immaculate. It’s roomy and comfortable for my family composition- Husband and wife, 19- year old son, and 70 year old grandmother.
1 of the elevators of the building that the unit was housed in was not operational. A few technical difficulties with accessing entry to the building.

loved the view, it was fantastic! loved the spaciousness of the unit. it was comfortable for kids and the adults. convenient location, close to everything (stores, events, restaurants, Mall etc) the owner was very responsive and helpful. baby crib was promptly delivered to the room. We loved the large fully equipped kitchen and dining area.
check In procedures are not user friendly. the unit could use some updating unit needs maintenance/repairs the dryer didn’t dry my clothes the soap dispenser fell off the shower wall the garbage disposal wasn’t working master bathroom sink half clogged

Room size, shower size, comfort of beds and furniture, clean, and portion of the view (lights of downtown).
Stayed in an area where homeless people were all around us. Looking out our windows was nothing but homeless people in tents. Was mor expecting that. Did not feel safe when coming out of building. Heater to room did not work so it was cold. Smell to room and building; smelled like old, mildew, and weed everywhere.

the condo was clean. had nice furniture and comfortable beds.
this condo was listed as a 3 bedroom. however upon our arrival it was only a 2 bedroom. Then there was a bed in the living room. So 2 people got bedrooms while the other had to sleep in the living room. we all split the condo cost so that wasn’t very fair and we didn’t appreciate it being misleading. also, it was supposed to include one complimentary valet parking spot as stated in the policies. They charged us $15 for parking.

The apartment was BEAUTIFUL! It was very spacious and had an awesome view of the city. It was very clean and they had pretty much anything you would need already at the apartment. The staff was very helpful and replied pretty quickly whenever I needed anything. Overall this was a great stay and I will be back!!
