Only positive point= close to vatican city. But Rome is a large city and this location is far from main airport and other attraction. 10 minutes walk to metro. Old building. Small elevator. No luggage storage if your flight is late. Entrance keys does not work properly. Overall 3/10

La habitación cumple con todo lo ofrecido, es cómoda y espaciosa, los baños también. Buena vista. El personal deja mucho que desear, solo aparecen para el check-in y luego se comunican o por correo o por whatsapp sin mayores alcances. Deberían trabajar en ello.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen. Sie ist neu renoviert und sehr sauber. Das Personal ist sehr nett, kommt aber nur früh zu sauber machen vorbei. Die Wohnung ist sehr nah am Petersdom und dem Engelsburg. Man kann von dort Rom zu Fuß erkunden. In der Nähe gibt es Bushaltestelle und Einkaufsladen.

E' un' affitta camere e niente di più”
Avevo prenotato la camera con vista sul Vaticano e non c'e' stata nessuna visuale. ho richiesto asciugamani e mi è stato risposto che li cambiavano ogni due notti. Cucina in comune che non ho utilizzato per il cattivo servizio e gestione. Ascensore inadeguato, personale inadeguato, mancanza di deposito bagagli. Unica nota positiva è la vicinanza al Vaticano e niente di più. Voto 3/10.

Não corresponde de forma nenhuma às fotos e descrição. Chegámos tarde e o funcionário ainda nos fez esperar uma hora porque não se encontra ninguém no local para receber. Nada de gel de banho nem shampoo como se vê nas fotos, apenas um frasco de gel de banho baratucho, já usado. Nada a apontar aos empregados de limpeza, únicos que tiveram alguma atenção para connosco. É uma BURLA e não compensa de todo o que se paga. Chamar a isto Luxury Suites é uma anedota, só pode!

Quando vi as fotografias dos quartos achei que o preço (~90€/noite) era adequado à localização e qualidade do quarto. Ter em atenção que preço não inclui qualquer limpeza durante a estadia nem pequeno almoço. Mais ainda, na área comum não existem utensílios suficientes para preparar um pequeno-almoço. Informo também que, mesmo após informar com antecedência a minha hora de chegada (15h) esperei 45min para que o funcionário chegasse.

Мы остановились в Риме на четыре ночи. Конец июня-начало июля. Кондиционер, высокие потолки, душевая кабина спасали от жары. Удобная кровать. чисто. Лояльный чекин и чекаут. Нам не хватало маленькой кофемашины на общей кухне.

Nice place but instead a hotel, it's more like a bnb”
The room is very nice and clean. It's a quiet place. The stuff kept checking with me the time I would arrive and tried every way to contact me before I reach the place, which was really nice. The location is also good, because it's very close to Vatican, and you can easily reach all the tourist spots in Rome with buses. However, I have to say, it is more like an bnb instead of a hotel. I was not unsatisfied, but I have to say it is different from what I expected. There is no receptionist or lobby on the ground floor. If you need any help, you have to contact their customer service, which usually will give an instant response. 房間很棒很乾淨、也很安靜。住宿地點雖然離羅馬市區景點有點距離，但是離梵諦岡很近。大致上一切都很棒，但我必須說他不是一個旅館而更像是一個民宿，因為他不是那種整棟的旅館，一樓有大廳跟櫃台人員那種，如果要任何服務，必須要透過手機聯繫服務人員，住宿期間基本上我沒有遇到什麼問題，不過因為我一開始是預期住在旅館，所以還是跟我想像有點不同。
