I Booked a Superior Family Suite, it was Great and was a Spacious Room. So spacious that enough for 7-8 paxs. Had Carpark for hotel guest also. I would strongly recommend this hotel to my peers whom wanna visit Sungei Petani.

My first room (family room) had toilet flush disfunctional problem. I informed the front desk and they immediately sent house keeping staff to check on it. Once confirmed on the issue, they changed our room to another room and added another single bed to our room. Will definitely stay here if come again ** Family with 3 kids

Suitable if you just want to have a place to sleep”
During the trip, most of the hotels around Sungai Petani were fully booked. We needed some place to crash for the night and we were travelling in a big group (11 adults and 2 children). Manage to book this hotel 3 weeks prior to the journey up north and manage to get a family room for my brother to fit his whole family. The hotel location is near the town and close proximity to the Nasi Kandar Beratur. Ample parking as there are an area to park for the hotel customers. Rooms are ok and just good enough for us to sleep and rest for the night. Only issue in one of the rooms is that the toilet have some strange smell (like sewerage). Other than that no complaints. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Manage to secure an additional room when we arrived for another family member who joined us last minute.

Located in town centre of Sungai Petani. An old hotel that's been refurbished, facilities working well. Situated just beside an Ikan Bakar restaurant. Had a nice and delicious dinner there.

Location is not very strategic. Condition of the room and hotel is just clean. Staffs are okay. Some of facilities provided are poor but some are good . Easy to check in and checkout.
