Exceptional accommodation, facilities and customer service! - set in lush tropical gardens You feel like you are in an oasis - it's so relaxing! -Only a 5 minute walk to White Beach - Delicious food at the restaurant and our package had breakfast included. We loved the fresh juice selection each day the and range of menu options - Yoga studio - we did a class great yoga teacher! - we had a facial and massage at the day spa it was an unforgettable experience which l would highly recommend!! - the staff are so lovely and helpful - you are really treated like a valued customer not just a number - Our digital detox Villa was amazing! So beautiful with a spa bath and outside shower and king size bed. On arrival the room was decorated with flowers it was so romantic!! - we can't wait to return!!

The experience we had at Mandala is the best even when compared to other resorts at a more expensive price point. We also tried their spa and I highly recommend it. Spacious room, quiet environment, very nice breakfast. The check-in process was definitely designed with heart and gave a warm welcome. I think that explains why this hotel has no negative reviews in recent years. Definitely recommended.

This place is surrounded by trees and flowers. It was great experience to stay here. If you like nature and expect place to heal yourself, this is the place. Super recommand!!! Bytheway, to white beach, 3-5min by foot. But the way to the beach is through the local village. So too dark to walk at night and lots of trash was on the street. That was the only minus thing.

It felt like a hidden place in the forest. Beach is very close but once you get in the resort area it is very calm and cozy, very nature-friendly. All the staffs were very kind. Spa experience was almost surreal, like being massaged in a dream. Dreamy music, oil, gentle massage, wind.... It is a little bit expensive but guests get discount.

Polite and considerate staff. I booked this villas by accident and last minute for the one I booked earlily was shut down. But the decor and atmosphere in Mandala clear the disappointment and upset right away. I felt fortunate. Just one problem though, the pillow is too hard and tall. Could’ve provided more options of bedding choice . And the faucet is bit leaky.

If you dont need pool, here is very nice place. Staffs are very kind and smiling. In the forest, We could stay without smoke, and also free yoga class was very nice. If we have the plan to boracai, we will staty again.

I would definitely stay here again. I went as a solo traveler, and the security was tight enough that they would ask for an ID if you ever *ehem* plan on bringing other people back. The staff also weirdly greeted me by name even if I don't remember meeting them before, so their hospitality is A+. Can't wait to book them again.

The hotel is great and especially for this money. The house you live in is big and comfy, does not feel like a hotel room at all. The only complaint I've got is the shower lives its own life sometimes. Like the cold water would just run out and it would be a pretty hot shower for a couple minutes untill it came back again. This problem might be the island's poor infrastructure and not the hotels fault but anyway it's not that big a deal. The staff are very helpful and can really help you about a lot of stuff I had some unusual requests and they came through every time so thank you

PROS: 1. Mandala has the best staff! From gardeners, receptionists, guards to attendants. 2. Very quiet place which is good for relaxation and some time alone. Not the usual loud hotels and accommodations in Boracay. I was literally the only one checked in the resort during my visit! 3. Rooms are so big with nice outside shower and bathtub. 4. Food! That poached egg with salmon was the big surprise! and btw, mostly if not all of the ingredients here are organic. 5. They offer a lot of spa treatments but a bit pricey. If you have extra money for that, go for it! CONS: 1. A bit far from the beach. I had to walk about 5-10mins with a lot of stairs BUT I was told by the receptionist, Mandala is already expanding as they bought land in front the white beach so this will probably something to look forward :)

The Mandala ,nearby oasis from Boracay party scene”
My Mandala experience didn't quite start out right but the Resort manager and attending staff made up for the initial confusing/changed arrangements upon my arrival in Kalibo. Upon arrival at the Mandala and as I had my treatments, the prior agitation gave way to sheer bliss and relaxation! At the Kalibo airport where I landed, the supposed bus transfer from my flight no longer existed and I had to make my own arrangements since initially the Mandala staff I spoke too wasn't even aware of the change. When I finally reached the Cticlan jetty and met by the Resort manager, I was told that my watsu treatment would have to be replaced because their watsu pool broke just the night before. It didn't augur a good start but as soon as we reached the Mandala and they ushered me to my villa with its' own private garden, a king size canopied bed, a glass encased bath and outdoor rainshower, everything changed! The little thoughtful touches of hibiscus flowers everywhere, including a ready made floral bath and a generous basket of tropical fruits and a solicitous staff more than made up for the intial irritation. They replaced the watsu treatment with their awrd winning hilot trilogy> They set up the massage bed in my villa and after a quick tripdown to d'mall/centerbeach of boracay where it was searing hot and sticky, the hilot treatment was wickedly divine and much welcome. Masseueses are very well trained and unobtrusive. Although they didn't have the initial treatments I booked online, perhaps bbecause it was their busiest season, the alternative treatments they offered me were just as wonderful and healing. Just what I wanted and needed before I braved the crazy new year party crowd at the beach. I have been to some of the best spa resports in Asia and as a Filipino, I am truly proud of The Mandala for it has remained consistently excellent in service and quality.
