Spacious, clean, decent bed, found everything I needed in the kitchen area (which wasn't much); clear instructions for entry etc from owner by messages, no distance to the edge of Lake Como :)
Bedroom very much overlooked by other properties; bar next door a bit noisy.

Highly recommended and perfect location to go Hiking, sailing or cycling. Apartment was very clean and spacious, also ideally located in centre of Colico which is a quite town compared to others on the lake however train station and ferry located next to Apartment to visit all areas for day trips.
2 rooms have a balcony overlooking the lake and the other does not which we stayed in. The apartment was still very comfortable, soacious and clean minus the view.

Superb”

The place is just on the promenade in Colico. It has all facilities you need for a short stay. It was a bit noisy in the evenings and also early in the mornings, due to the restaurants around. Anyway the noise was not a problem for us even with open windows. It was easy to get there, there's also a parking slot for free a minute away. Many bars, restaurants, cafes and the lake side are in front of the door. @ beaches are on 5 minutes walking distance. One of them is very famous for water stoprts due to the constant winds. There's also a boat transport and person can easily explore the lake from there.

fantastic location and just what we needed for a 3 day stay. I liked some of the wall art, especially the anchor. very handy for the lake and short 13 minute walk from train station. A very comfy bed
no coffee making facilities. There’s not a lot of room but we were fine with that though others may struggle.

The view. The position. It was clean. The room was pretty big. We could do the check-in when we wanted as you don't need to interact with anyone.
You can't come close with the car(you must carry the luggages by hand). There was a lot of noise from the neighbor restaurant until 1AM and also in the morning (it happened on the easter day so it might be different on a normal day). The door was not closing good enough to stop the sounds from outside. The heating is too noisy. The pillows were too big and strong.

Perfect location in the heart of Colico with a view to Lake Como. Many restaurants nearby plus hosts offer discount in one of them. Paid parking available nearby apartment.
No hand soap in the bathroom. Really squeaky sofa-bed.

Quiet and nice piazza. Apartment was very clean. Easy directions to get into the unit. Nice cafe’s on both sides of the apartments. Lovely view of the lake and the alps. Great access to jump on the ferry or the train. Do not need a vehicle.
Sparse. They didn’t supply any hand soap (this is still the age of Co-vid) or shampoo. There was soap for washing dishes. The pillows were as hard and as large as timber logs! Stated there were bicycles, none to be found. Cleaners showed up at 9:58, waiting for us to leave. Have to figure out parking and pay.
