The location of the hotel ses a bit sketchy but when you go inside it's really ok The room is nice and clean. I applaud the staff for being so welcoming and accomodating especially for certain request. Keep It up! I'll definitely book again.

Avoid this outdated place”

Where do I start, with the flaking walls, broken toilet, air con that sounded like a jumbo or the dangerous shower which has no screen so you get out onto a soaked floor? Chairs broken / very noisy and would not recommend for families. The pool is very deep so if you have small children be aware. Staff were polite and friendly but the hotel itself needs attention / repaint and beds that are at least reasonably comfy.

Got all my my money back, thank you!”

Booked 8 nights with Agoda, payed in full at check-in, saw my „superior“ room, saw the pool with green water.... Went back to reception, told them my opinion in a very, very insulting way - and got all my money back. The way I expressed my opinion was so insulting (but very friendly and very polite) that I expected, to get in trouble with security. But - while I explained to them, that this Place is only acceptable for people from shithole-countries, they already started preparing my 8.000 Baht. In the end I appreciated, that they did not hesitate to give my money back - and gave each of them 200 baht Tipp. Reason: They have both stayed friendly! Pattaya and its tourists have become so horrible, that I went back to Bangkok immediately. That was a very good decision!
