Wanted to booked Bungalow but sadly to say it’s not a bungalow. Owner just stay beside us. But I’ve got to say the owner is friendly and the place is tall strategically located in Ipoh. We may come again

Wonderful Apartment”
First time able to have group of us staying together unlike booking hotel cause we can have our own room. Every room is clean and even have own TV and bathroom attached. Convenient location. Great host, very helpful and responsive and gave great recommendations. Suitable for 2-3 family travelling together. Will book again in our next visit. Thumbs up!

Great place to stay if you are traveling in a group”
Everything was excellent during my group stay except the entrance door was seeing through and I believe owner has a unit next to the home stay so caught us surprised with people walking pass in front of the house door despite our main gate is locked. Feeling a little bit lack of privacy. Suggest to install a curtain at the house entrance to strengthen the privacy and inform the guest who is staying upfront so that the guests will not get surprise with people walking in through the main gate. Otherwise, everything else is perfect.

7 rooms in total and 5 rooms attached with toilet. House is in tip top condition, very clean and have a modern touch! House is sanitised before arrival. U cant find anything similar that caters for big group in ipoh! Amy is very good and caring host who will often check our well being and recommend place of interest. I break one of the glass and amy reluctantly refused my compensation but i still did😀 I posted in Instagram and most of my friend is awestruck with the house!!

The homestay was modern designed and clean. Located at strategic place near town. There are plenty of eateries nearby and it is very convenient to move around to attraction. The check-in was easy and fast. The owner Amy was very attentive and friendly. Price wise is worth and you get what you see during booking. Will definite come back again.

Highly recommended and will definitely return to this Airbnb next time! Very very clean, super convenient location, hygienic as owner has sanitised the place before we check in, hotel graced blanket and bed linen. Very clean, cosy and huge house for large group. The staff is very informative and very detailed on providing instructions. The location is ok, quite near to city center. The best of all it is very affordable. The only missing facilities is the swimming pool. If you are ok with that, this place will be great option to be consider. Overall, it's very pleasant experience.

Great place for short stay with family. Have a togetherness feeling as all living under one roof yet gives you a hotel kind of feel environment. The owner was super responsive and always helping out to make the say better. Its safe too. And 3 car parks with closed gate security.

It was our first group trip together and Mary’s Residence is really a memorable place for us. It’s like hotel + homestay. Modern, sparkling clean and super super comfy! The host is friendly and warm too. Ipoh is my hometown and I’m glad I brought my friends staying here and had good memories together in the house. Wished we stayed longer. I also requested iron and ironing board and the host accommodated to my request. Just my suggestion to provide a place to cook simple meal or just a small barbecue set as it would allow families or group of friends to bond while staying here. We checked out a bit late and the host was so nice and polite about it. Thank you for your hospitality, we will come again in the future!
