Great location to explore the city. New apartment with three rooms grants a home feeling with the comfort of a B&B set up. attention to cleaning and comfortable and large rooms. Host is very kind and provides a ton of helpful/local tips for the city.

Wonderful stay in a lively, safe area of Naples with an outstanding host!”

Davide the host was especially helpful and friendly. We exchanged WhatsApp numbers so I could easily contact him regarding the accommodation. He allowed me to check in early and was there to recommend places to visit and eat. He delivered fresh pastries every morning for breakfast and also arranged for a taxi transfer for my early morning departure. I highly recommend Medusa Chiaia 164 not only for the host but also for the excellent location. I loved the area and found it safe for a solo traveller. There were lots of nice restaurants and cafes nearby so I didn't have to venture far in the evenings if I didn't want to.
The apartments are in a lovely building on the fifth floor with a lift and I had a wonderful room with a balcony and view. However, it was quite noisy at night when all the bars and cafes were busy. I didn't mind as I am not a light sleeper but if you want a quiet room then probably you should ask for a room at the back, facing the inner courtyard.

Marco was great hosting us and organizing the pickup from the airport. Unfortunately our flight was delayed by more than 2h, but he waited for us for the checkin. The breakfast was really good and different each day. Marco also gave us a lot of tips between interesting things to see and restaurants.

Fantastic small B&B style accommodation with modern aesthetic, in great location.”

Medusa Chiaia was well situated for exploring Naples on foot or via public transport. The Chiaia area has plenty of shops, restaurants and bars but the street wasn’t too noisy at night. We had a spacious room with nice decor, a comfortable bed, a well sized bathroom and great air-con. It was a good place to rest between sightseeing and going out at night.

Lovely & Clean B&B, Excellently located in a really nice are of Naples.”

Property is excellently located in a really nice area of Naples. It is within walking distance of many sites and the clean and efficient underground is found close by if needed. The property is nicely decorated and the bed and pillows are super comfy. Breakfast is typical of Italy so don't expect a full english b'fast but it was presented fresh daily and early and I would say it was an abundant b'fast. At first I wasn't sure whether I should go with a branded hotel closer to the historical centre but I would book here again because of its excellent location and comfortability. Davide was an excellent host and gave us a really good description of where to go and what do in the lovely city of Naples. The property was also extremely clean which is nice.

Pleasant stay in Naples”

Medusa Chiaia is located in a pedestrian street with many shops and activities, it is a very convenient location to visit Naples. The rooms are very nice, simple but will all the required amenities and the breakfast was very good. The staff has been extremely helpful and provided advices for things to do and see in Naples.
Naples is a very lively city and can be loud, but I believe this applies everywhere and not just at Medusa Chiaia (and this is nothing a pair of earplugs cannot fix)

we are definitely coming back there. this should say it all...”

the television was equipped with a lot of channels and also netflix! this was the first time we had such a good condition in ANY hotel / airbnb ever! the room was nicely designed. most importantly, the hosts were awesome people. very friendly. very caring. we felt like a family. we stayed for over a week, and it was a great place for that.
the shower had a water flow that was a little weak. but the shower design itself was really nice. we also believe that the owner would fix this.

Nice and spacious apartment, with cleaing service every morning, very central, good area to stay with family or group of friends (has got 3 rooms with one comun area). Good continental breakfast, cafe and tea for request., hot croissant in the moring :-). The owners are really nice, very helpful. Good choice for a stay in this nice city.

Beautiful stay in a perfect area with a fantastic host!”

Marco was so welcoming and gave us such great advice about Naples and where to eat (our main interest). We had our own balcony and private room and bathroom - it was really nicely decorated and was super clean! We had drinks, breakfast and fridge, kettle everything provided in the communual area. Located in a very central streat 5 minutes walk to the beach - couldnt have been easier! Would definitely stay at medusa again when I return to naples!
The neighbours were being loud which was not ideal but Marco dealt with it accordingly when we spoke with him about it. Perhaps the guests could be asked to be quiet in the mornings in the communal area - but just a small advice.
