The locations is strategy as it is middle of the town. Alot of happening nightlife and food around. It is recomended to stay for sleep and put ur luggage. Nothing fancy about the room in term of decorations, view and design. Maybe something occur during my check in and check out. The receiptionist need to take quite sometime to process the customer before me.Maybe they have improved and do not put the trainee alone at the receiptionist counter anymore now..

Has large rooms and comfortable and not noisy. Only channel tv was less satisfactory. The rest are all good. Close to grocery store 24 hours.

stayed for a night to attend friend's wedding, the room view is good, spacious room, clean too. Water not properly drain in bathroom due to poor floor sloping towards floor trap, and i wish there is a mirror for make up area in or next to the working desk to do make up (not fond of doing make up at the wet bathroom). last resorted to use the mirror at the coffee area. Apart from these two, everything else was great, foods at the reception was excellent and friendly staff.

I was given free room upgrade to junior suite,which is totally big room for 3 of us.The staff were also very friendly.However my daughter was a bit upset because the pool cannot be used due to renovation.Will stay at Mega Hotel again once the pool's renovation complete.

This hotel is located at the centre of Miri town & it's very convenient to find food outlets everywhere around it. There's a Catholic Church St. Joseph nearby, you may walk or call a grab to bring you there..it's about 5-8min ride.
