The perfect location to explore Florence. Staff are super friendly and really helpful. The room is modern and spacious and was more than comfortable for 3 people. The train station is a 2 minute walk and the main sights can be accessed by a pleasant 15 minutes. Highly recommended

Great location, clean and spacious room ”
Great location, 3 minutes walk across the road from the rail station. Clean and spacious room (with a balcony to the back, not great view). Cleanliness of the shower and variety of food served at breakfast is just okay which can be improved for great experience and value for money. However, we are happy for the overall experience was good due to the good location and spacious clean room.

The room is surprisingly big, with lots of stoeage space. Much space for puttuing all our things. Breakfast offers some quality itens.

Good location but lack of facilities ”
We stayed during winter. Good that there’s a heater in the room, but only heater, hence it was hot when we are in the room. We have to open the balcony door every night to let the cold air in, otherwise it feels like we are suffocating any minute. Minus the aircon, the stay was fine, except poor toilet design. The shower screen can’t stop water from making the floor wet.

Terrible Experience ”
First of all when I check on 27th Dec, I’m attended by a staff-Anina who doesn’t know how to smile. Her facial expression is simply annoying. When I ask for assistance in luggage, she simply throw me a trolley and ask me to deal with it myself. FYI, I got 6 luggage as I’m travelling in a family of 6pax. When I get into my room, I felt it’s too cold and I call the receptionist for assistance(I assume is Anina again). She told me she will call back in 1min and hang up. But she never call back. Then I call again, this time a guy answer. He sarcastically told me the heating will be off from 11pm-6am. I really pissed off with his tune. When I wake up at 7am, the room was still freaking cold then I call again. The same guy told me someone have accidentally switch off in the central control and hence the heating in my room is off. The main dissatisfaction is the attitude of staff who handling all my issue. I don’t feel they care at all.

Lost an expensive scarf here”
Lost a £190 Burberry scarf at the hotel entrance lobby sofa, and only realized it 2 hrs after checking out. Called the hotel and the first person who picked up straight-up replied that the scarf isnt there without even putting me on hold to check (the sofa area isnt visible from the reception table). Called up a second time and another(?) lady went to check by putting me on hold and said it wasnt there. Requested to check the cctv and they said no cctv at the sofa area even though i saw cctv cameras there. Pity as the staff were initially friendly thruout the stay.

Great location & Modern Hotel”
Location is great, walking distance to most sites! Cleanliness can be improved. Aircon gets stuffy in the night. The staff over charged us for the city tax although they offered a refund at check out.

Front office problem”
The front office lady is vey impolite and was not able to call the cab/taxi, i already told her twice that i had six big baggage and what came to the hotel is a very small taxi and i needed to wait for approximately 40 minutes for two cabs to arrive to the hotel, i was so lucky that the flight was delayed or else i would have miss my flight.
