ASQ Stay”
It's only my first day here, but so far so good! The workspace was tiny, so I immediately requested a desk and they brought me up a giant desk within the hour that fits both my laptop and monitor! They have been very kind. Only had a couple of meals, but they all look ok! You may want to order extra veggies and fruits if you are into all that healthy stuff like me :) It is a small room, but enough room to cook, do home workouts with yoga mat or resistance bands, etc. The bed is huuuuuge and absolutely lovely. Disclaimer: the bathtub is TINY. I am 5'3" and my feet fall out of it, but I don't care. It's warm and nice and still cozy to just soak in! Not a bad place to be kept in for 15 days in my opinion!

As a foreigner visiting BKK for a short stay, I had a just-about-perfect experience at Metropole. It's located near the airport train. The room was terrific: spacious considering the price, with a clean and modern bathroom, a nice little kitchenette, and big windows with tons of light. The staff was - well, maybe a little too helpful for my American tastes, as I'm not royalty and don't want to be treated as such. Nevertheless they were eager to answer all my questions about the hotel facilities and getting around the area. I will definitely stay here again. Can't beat the value for the money. The only downsides I would mention are these. One, there are some slightly goofy aspects of the hotel - if you'll be offended by a bit of overstated luxury, caveat emptor. Some of us don't care. Second and more important, it's not a quiet hotel. My corner room, facing the big intersection outside, was barraged by the noise of revving motorcycles and tuk-tuks. Late sleepers beware.

The staff were amazing from beginning to end. The value was great, bed was comfortable compared to other places we stayed on this trip. Right by the water taxi which was great. Near money exchange, restaurants, and easy to find.

Too good to be true ”
This place is everything that it shows in its advertisement , there is NO photo shopped Pics or photos of rooms shown that look great but later they give you another room . I have stayed in this place many times & never any issues . Staff is awesome & always hospitable, bell boys at front including manager are always asking if they can assist . *** One thing I was impressed with is when the security staff saw us hop into a taxi on the street(out of hotel) I look back over my shoulder & could see he was taking details down of cab we took that day . NOW that’s service that goes beyond any of the hotels we have stayed at expectations . Lastly last time we stayed they had a shower over bath in the bathroom & water use to find its way onto the floor , was impressed they have removed it & changed it into a walk in shower **awesome**

Staffs are super friendly and hospitable, rooms are clean though a little dark. Need a while for the eyes to adjust to the warm lighting. Bed is really comfortable, air con is great! There is a 24 hour minimart right next door, and 7/11 and family mart are down the street too. Cons - when bathing, cubicle may get flooded slightly as water does not drain quickly enough. Breakfast is ok, would be good to have more choices. Location is slightly at the disadvantage, though you can easily get a taxi or grab.

I stayed at metropole for 3-4 weeks following a knee operation. I cannot speak highly enough about the place, the room, but especially the staff. I was essentially immobile and the help and assistance that was freely and enthusiastically offered was superb. K and Pol, two staff among many were just great. the room is lovely, ed super comfy, pillows, shower, the maids, everything good. thanks to all the staff for making my stay so comfortable. from Lee UK with the bad knee !!

The cheapest and best location 5 stars Hotel so far in Bkk! There is a boat service just behind the hotel which can go to the city centre in 10minutes time with just 13baht!!! You do not need to be stuck in the bad traffic for an hour or longer and you save alot for sure! Highly recommended!

Booked metropole suite on March 2022 for my travel. Didnt manage to stayed there though due to last minute hotel converted into Hospitel. They moved me to novotel suites 39 instead. Wasnt happy in the beginning but stay was ok all and all, still hope i get to stay in Metropole in the near future.

Great rooms but location not the best”
The hotel is not close to any BTS or MTR stations but they provide transport to the Thong Lo BTS station and the boat pier is only steps away. From the boat you can easily get to Platinum Shopping Center and from there its a short walk to Central World and Siam Paragon. Love the decor of the room and this is the first hotel room I've been in with a sound bar and sub-woofer. The bathtub is meant for sitting which took a bit of getting used to. Staff are friendly. The traffic on the road outside can get pretty bad so sometimes it takes a long time driving to the hotel. The hotel restaurant got great reviews but we didn't have a chance to check it out. Next time ...

Great location for travel only 50 meters from the door is the canal and the boats go to the shopping centres and train stations you only need to pay 17 Tbh one way and the canals are a great way to see Thailand and enjoy how the local people travel Would recommend the Metroplex

Fantastic Stay, Great Staff, Nice pool”
The vibe at this hotel is very old Hollywood and film noir. Dark wood lines the walls with leather furniture and book cases with a marble floor. The staff were incredibly friendly and to our surprise our room had a washer/dryer combo with a kitchenette in it! How sweet! The bed was so comfy and the bathroom was nice also. The pool at the hotel was great for some heat relief after a long day of exploring, and they have a lovely onsen and sauna as well. Definitely would recommend this hotel, especially if you’re okay with walking about 20-30minutes to the MRT station!
