The Best Resort so far in South Cebu”
Weve been to South Cebu a couple of times already. And this place so far for me is the best resort Ive been to. First, the Hotel Staffs are Accomodating and Super Nice. Second, i am very particular with the cleanliness. The bedroom esp the restrooms are very clean. Even the whole resort is clean. Third, the price of the room as well as the food, the rent of the motor bike was okay. In short, they dont overcharge to Tourist like us. 4th, place was really accesible to a lot of places like Mc Donalds, gas and bus stations even to a mall. It is also just almost 30 mins to Kawasan Falls and 5 mins from the highway if you want to go to other tourist spots as well. 5th, the place actually is almost complete with amenities and the ambiance esp at night is superb. What you see is what you get. My family and I were so glad to stay here. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED PLACE. Even without this rating part here at Agoda, i would still recommend Moalboal Tropics to family and friends. 😊

Hidden Gem in Moalboal”
We were very pleased and happy with our experience in Moalboal Tropics. We got room upgrade at no additional cost! I like also that the resort is following protocols. All the staff are very accommodating and friendly. We were greeted with all smiles, no hassle with booking as well. Upon check-in they have explained very well the rules and guidelines, and have us signed a waiver. The rooms are very clean, with free water and coffee. Toiletries are also provided including slippers. What I also appreciate is the number of guests, I think they have controlled the crowd for everyone's safety. We enjoyed both of the pools since there are few people. It was also very thoughtful to have a playground and trampoline. The free breakfast was also great. We had a very wonderful experience and we will definitely book again in Moalboal Tropics. Thank you so much to all of the friendly staff, we really appreciate your hospitality.

They have animals here that have not had their rabies vaccinations! One cat came up to us while we were eating and scratched my daughter. Now we have to deal with a month of rabies injections and moalboal didnt have a hospital and nearby badian couldnt do the injections promptly. We ran her to Naga. Ruined our vacation. Nobody offered to pay for them or to make sure they get rid of their stray animals so they dont prey on their guests. Not even an apology. Lucky it wasnt a dog bite or a mauling. Nice place, but they just dont care. Dont bring your kids here. ...and the pool is over-treated and burns your eyes right away.

We had our annual Company Christmas outing 2020 last Dec 29, 2020 and I didnt regret i chose Moalboal Tropics as our venue. Moalboal tropics made our outing one of the best experience we ever had, value for money since they have affordable and reasonable room rates considering the big sized rooms and big beds. And breakfast included. The Owners of the resort is lucky to have Rose and Jessa as their frontliners, Rose and jessa are both accomodating & approachable. Thank you for your excellent service. We didnt expect there'll be such nice resort in Moalboal. Hope to go back there again.

Had a very pleasant and relaxed time at Moalboal Tropics and can definetly recommend it. Our 3 years old daughter had very good times there especially in the large swimming pool. The rooms are large and clean, open buffet breakfast was also ok. One evening they had live music with was also very enjoyable.

Best ever”
We were a group of 20 with sr citizen and kids and got 5 rooms with queen beds and this hotel definitely made our stay in Cebu memorable. All the staffs were friendly, the kids enjoy the pool, we love our room! I requested for a surprise greeting on our check-in for my husband’s bday and Janel and team prepared so much more than what i expected. My husband’s birthday was a blast! We are definitely coming back!

Tropics is very nice hotel. delicious breakfast and kindly staff. there is nice pool. you can go to walk to gaisano shopping mall and public market in town. convenience store(7/11) is near also. tropics is like a five stars hotel. - the staff were very accommodating - free breakfast is buffet. - when we arrived weve waited for 45mins before we get our room and they upgraded our room to a bigger one and extended our hours of stay as well as compensation. - hot and cold showe is a plus - i like the pool since my 1year old kid can enjoy it - hotel is near mall

Nice stay in Malboal”
Really nice hotel for the price. Nice and clean pool, even has a slide for kids. A bit far from the beach, we had a scooter, so it was not a problem for us. Otherwise to take trike for a 15min every time you want to a restaurant or a beach can be annoying. Personnel was nice, as everywhere in PH. Breakfast was so so, but i guess we never had a good breakfast while in PH, so its ok.

Staffs are very helpful and accommodating. The place is 15-20 mins to white beach ride and 10-15 mins walk to restaurants. Need to improve their breakfast but aside from that everything is excellent.

Staff were helpful - we booked our canyoneering trip via this hotel and they arranged everything for us. Bar staff are great and the drinks are strong! Only a short tricycle ride away from the main part of Moalboal - definitely check out Chilli Bar, there are nights when it turns into a huge party. Rooms were clean, very pleasant stay!

The building where we stayed is either new or newly renovated. The room was clean and well-maintained. We were looking for a place to stay for the night after our Badian trip and Moalboal Tropics fit the bill just right. Its a nice value for money hote with the right amenities and a very good breakfast to top with.

We had fun in the BIG POOL!”
Pool is big and clean enough for the resort. Parking is enough. Location is in the whereabouts of the municipality center. Clean and spacious enough rooms with all the things you expect. Moalboal's public beach is still a long long walk away, but very near a mall. Prices are reasonable. We definitely enjoyed our experience!
