The guesthouse is well kept and clean. Restful and relaxing atmosphere. At the edge of Old City; convenient to all amenities. Very good value for money.

I stay 4 days, 4-bed room. Only 100฿ when you didn't booking. If you did, it's more cheaper. Location is also fine. You can find some markets easily. And it takes less than 10min to the Tapae Gate. I like lobby here, cozy. But don't forget an anti-mosquito lotion.

Would be a great place if the could do something about mosqitoes. E.g mosquito nets in rooms, also get rid of squat toilet room and turn it into show western toilet combo as no one uses it. Only essentially have one toilet and 2 showers.

I booked what I thought was a private room. It said I was booking fan room #4 and was the last room available. So I was shocked to discovered I booked a bed in a 4 person dorm room. Instead of getting a great deal on a private room, I over paid on a mediocre dorm room. When I was there 2 of the 4 people in the room thought they were getting a private room. As a dorm room, not that good. No private lights, not enough plug ins, very small lockers. One person's key opened multiple different lockers. Bathrooms are outside next to common area. So very strange to brush my teeth outside where everyone could watch. Not enough sinks, toilets etc for the number of people staying there.

They should have more toilet room. ”

This place is standard. Just a basic room, not too far from the action which is great. Be aware that while it appears as a "room" on the site, it is actually a bed in a 4-bed hostel room.

It is the best choice if you are on a budget. Very friendly staff, very beautiful wooden house. We stayed in big room. I recommend it.

Was a little tricky finding at first but the place was very clean, and comfortable with very friendly staff. Good bathroom facilities and nice layout. Will definitely stay here again!

Accueil parfait. La dame présente est au petit soin pour nous et surtout pour notre enfant. Elle lui a même offert un petit déjeuner de sa propre initiative. Elle tient cette guet house de manière parfaite et fait tout pour que le lieu soit accueillant et reposant. Et c'est réussi

Chiang mai war meine letzte Station bei meiner Reise in Thailand. Ich muss echt sagen die Frau die das Gasthaus betreibt ist so freundlich und offen was ich sonst noch nicht gesehen habe. Das Gasthaus ist sehr klein gehalten d.h 4 Zimmer, sodass man eine sehr wohnliche Atmosphäre verspürt. Bis auf die etwas unbequemen betten (im 4er Zimmer) habe ich überhaupt nichts zu bemängeln. Noch zu erwähnen ist, dass ich nicht nie wegen Sauberkeit in dem Gasthaus unwohl gefühlt habe. Toilette dusche wie auch alle Böden sind so sauber das man immer barfuß durch das ganze Haus laufen kann ohne ein krümmel an den Füßen zu haben Nur mit guten Gewissen zu empfehlen der kein partyhostel will
