Luxury in the jungle”
I've stayed for 4 nights in this resort. I was grateful that we were given the entire unit with 2 rooms and a massive balcony. Our room has awesome views facing the river and lots of trees. I find it therapeutic to listen to the sounds of the jungle. The room is really spacious and comfortable. All the furniture and devices work well. All the staff were friendly, warm and courteous. The food in the restaurant is halal-certified and the breakfast buffet was tasty. The hotel provides free shuttle from/to the airport and also the nearby park office if you need to explore Mulu National Park. I would like to convey my appreciation to Chef Salim who shared his stories during one of our dinner at the restaurant. Not forgetting Mr Dalglish who diligently served us well every morning during breakfast. I will definitely come back here again.

Hi MMRS, your staff warmnes really melts me & had welcoming my stay there! Not to mentioned the hotel & facility services is the best. Ambience & so on are incomparable with other hotels that i have stayed previously. If this is the kind of services that i get, i dont mind paying for little bit extra. Special credit to Mrs JJ, she did offer us a complementary room due to some technical problems during the stay. Quick svc recovery had ensure that we didn't feel any of the difficulties. Beautiful resort close to the park thanks to the complementary shuttle. Large buffet breakfast. Nice and helpful staff. Rooms are clean and well equipped. If you want the most quiet rooms (away from the river and the electric generators), go to the farthest block from the lobby (around the room 140). This is some walk to the lobby and restaurant but worth it for silence. The restaurant is expensive but the asian food is good.

Very natural and friendly accommodation”
It is a place where you can leisurely enjoy activities near the accommodation only if you stay at least 3 nights. There are no good places to eat near the hotel, so we have to eat dinner at the hotel restaurant, but the price of this food is rather expensive.

Nature & Resort all rolled into one!”
My second time here! This is the best place for you to unwind and relax, get off the grid and just be in one with the nature. Wifi is pretty bad, if you can live with that. Food-wise, you cannot expect super extensive buffet spread given their isolated location - but they are good enough and you can tell the staff strive to give their best. But other than that, the hospitality is superb and the rooms are superb.

Professional staff and service. The room is clean, very comfortable and a perfect way to rest after a day of adventure in Mulu National Park. Transportation to the National Park is always available. It is a great place for a digital detox.

Love our 4D3N stay, clean environment, comfortable bed & friendly staff. Free shuttle service to airport and national park. The only issue we faced, no one pick up phone. But you can asked national park staff to contact hotel when u need pick up service from park.

Amazing”
Can't be pleased enough that we took the decision to book Marriott instead of the Park accommodation. The location is outstanding, and hotel even prettier that the photos show. The food was amazing (not cheap, but lovely!) and the pool was a blessing after the extremely sweaty treks!. We alternated basic accommodations (homestay style) with better ones, and believe me, this is a blessing accomodation if you can afford the extra spend.

Hotel surrounded by nature”
The entire hotel is practically on stilts, surrounded by trees, animals and insects. The room was very clean. Staff are super friendly and helpful, especially JJ. Considering the location of Marriott Mulu, what amenities you can get is a blessing.
