Best Boutique hotel in town ”
I normally stay at the best 5star resorts hotels as a safe choice, but this time, we tried Na Nirand Boutique hotel and it was amazing. We love everything about the hotel, nice quite relaxing breakfast, nice clean room with all the details are taken care. Staff are super super attentive, especially Annie. She prepared surprised birthday cake for my friend, free spa, free afternoon tea, special room setup with flowers and rose bath, free upgrade bla bla. My friends are all very happy with the trip. We tried all the room type except for the small one, all are very good.

Young professional couple in 30’s travelling w/ no children. Amazing location; quiet and away from the noise. Everything within a 15-20 min walking distance to major venues like the night markets. Acknowledgement goes to the staff and there attention to their guests; the hotel really paid attention to the small details that makes this place memorable. We were pleasantly surprised at how VERY good the breakfast was and the quality of drinks they served in the afternoon and evening happy hours - we normally dont enjoy hotel cocktails but had no qualms ordering here. Nim the front office manager set the tone the moment we entered the hotel and did not disappoint. Not a hotel if youre looking to party or have a good time, this llace quiets down at 9pm. Side note: Frigging loved there pool and ended our long days going for a refreshing swim after a hot afternoon. Will be returning again and cannot wait to come back :)

30 th Anniversary in Chiang-Mai ”
We booked our stay at The Na Nirand by reading the reviews posted on Agoda. The previous guests were spot on. The hotel was fabulous. The staff were amazing and felt like good friends after the second day. We ended up extending our stay because we couldn’t image going to another hotel. The on-site restaurant was very good and we enjoyed several treatments at the spa. Our next stop was Singapore and the Mandarin Oriental. Although the Mandarin was very nice, we found ourselves wishing we had stayed more nights at the Na Nirand.

This is an amazing gem within walking distance of all of old town Chiang Mai. We can’t say enough about the property and more so, the wonderful staff that make you feel like Family! We were crying when we left. We will miss Annie, Goong, Top and all the rest of the great people working there that treated us like family! Breakfast buffet was fabulous with a great view from any table. Everything was Top notch! Treat yourself and stay here you will not regret it

For a wonderful Thai experience, with extra creature comforts, this is the place. From the welcome , to every level of service thereafter, we were treated to a fabulous e time. Stop Searching - You've found the place”
There is no reason to keep researching. Stay here. It's heavenly. The staff are super helpful. The resort is beautiful. The food is delicious. Getting to the old city is cheap and easy. And it is so nice to come back from running around all day to such a wonderful respite. Breakfast is fantastic. The massages are divine. The only thing is that the food and drinks (outside of breakfast) are expensive as is the massage compared to going outside the hotel. Honestly, no complaints. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Perfect Stay”
We stayed in colonial suite 201 which we loved. Watching the Ping river from the balcony was amazing. The room had a beautiful decoration. The staff was very kind and helpful. They surprised us with a birthday cake:)) we had complementary wine and spa which we enjoyed a lot. The only down side was the breakfast. It was enough but you expect more from this resort We definitely recommend this peaceful and beautiful resort and wish to stay again in the future..

Na Nirund resort is surprisingly one of the best places we have stayed. We love everything, the overall design, the ambience, room size and decoration. They also have very nice restaurant with good food and cozy rooftop bar, we didn’t even want to go out of the resort. Plus all the staff were very friendly, helpful and super attentive. Highly recommended if you come to Chiangmai.

Small gift each day from housekeeping made us smile Lovely location next to the river but within walking distance to the night market and old city was perfect. The staff were extremely polite and helpful organising a car for the day with a driver and then again organising our transfer to the airport. Very romantic. It would have been nice to be able to dry our clothes on the balcony but there was a request not to do this.
