          Difficult to find and navigate with luggage - single person lift up 4 stories, small entrance in a residential building. No significant signage. No soap or extra toilet paper in unit. It would have been helpful to me to know these details when planning my stay.

          this residence has good rooms, with comfortable beds.
          this is not a hotel, it is a residence. there are no services and even saving the luggage on the day of departure has time constraints. the noise insulation to the outside (city) is not good.

          I really liked that the spa tub was the centerpiece. It’s really underpriced for what it is - a jacuzzi suite with high ceilings/windows in a central historical part of town. Also very clean and everyone was nice.
          There was no soap, only shampoo. Also, when the concierge said not to run the water until the holes in the spa tub (it’s not a hot tub, it’s a bathtub with jets) we’re covered, she was telling the truth, but you also can’t turn the intensity of the jets up beyond the minimum, because if you do, water will get everywhere and there is no drain in the floor.

          Comfortable sparkling clean hotel in a great location for exploring the city”

          The hotel room was very nice, clean, comfortable and it also had a cute balcony! the hotel is on the fourth floor of a condo and the reception is open from 3pm to 11pm, however we were able to go in earlier to leave our bags. The person at reception kindly booked us a taxi to the airport for the next day which was very helpful. The location is perfect, close to the port, if you’re going to the islands or Amalfi coast and also a 10/15 min walk to the historical centre and Spanish quarters.

          Great location, close to the pier. Lots of restaurants close to it. Very nice room. Friendly staff. Although the reception is not open 24/24, you can still leave the luggage there.
          Naples is a very noisy town. You can hear it day and night.

          Great location between the city center and the Chiaia (lungomare) neighborhood. There is also a very safe parking at only a couple of minutes by walk for 20 euros a day: Parking Grangusto

          Inexpensive but close to public transit. Room was fine but noise and temperature were unpleasant.”

          No breakfast was served. The hotel is actually just a few rooms on the 4th floor of the building. The staff were friendly and attentive.
          It was hot all the time. It’s an old building and I presume it’s just very hard to keep that floor cool in the summer. We ran the AC non stop when we were in the room but we still ended up sleeping on top of the covers to try to stay cool even at night. Also, there is a big traffic roundabout right in front of building. The traffic noise was very loud and went on all night. Impossible to sleep.

          all good except first impressions-we left luggage the next morning and collected later when we were moving on”

          it was close to the port of Naples and very comfortable
          we arrived late at night and the entrance was closed up and when we got I we had to go up 4flights of stairs which was a bit creepy !
