Only stayed one night but it was absolutely ideal. Super quick access via taxi from airport. We read reviews it was hard to find but all you need to know is to look for the big wooden door on the main road and contact the venue to let you in. Fears eased straight away. Room was clean and ideal. Everything you need for a short stay. The road outside is super loud BUT the room was very, very well soundproofed, very quiet, with the windows shut and good air con.

You've just got to know about the big wooden door at street level. If you know that, you're sorted.

poor signage , third floor , noisy road , loose toilet seat , loose walllight , no lights on internal steps so lethal in dark . shower floor had wrong tiles so very slippy , my wife actually fell and badly injured herself . four keys to get from street to room , no bin in room , no glasses in room . lack of staff presence . the lady who did breakfast was lovely but didn’t speak any English

The location of the hotel was nice, it was in the dead center of the city, minutes from all the relevant places you may want to visit in Napoli.

The keys to the entrance in the building were probably copies of copies and it was quite difficult to get the gates open using the keys we were given. Not sure this is relevant to the hotel but when we arrived home at night it was a bit weird to spend a few minutes at the external gate trying to find the "sweet spot" for the key to turn and open the gate. Also this may be just a personal preference, but I didn't particularly liked how they covered what it seemed to be a wonderful old ceiling with a "false ceiling" leaving just a corner exposed. In a sense it felt like the intention was to show how nice the old decors were but how unworthy you were to see it in full. Or maybe it was just partially restored, i don't know...it seemed a shame to show just a corner of what it seemed to be a wonderful decorated ceiling.

Nice, clean room close to the city center and the main train station. Really nice staff. The room is cozy. Breakfast was good for this price. We had a broken flush button at the toliet and without informing anybody about it, it was fixed when we returned from the sightseeing. The cleaning lady was very kind too. I would definetely recommend the stay at Napoli Svelata.

The room was extremely clean and fit our needs for a 1-night stay in Naples. We had a balcony overlooking the main street and were not bothered too much by the noise. We also felt very safe, the hotel itself is in a secure building, just a bit difficult to locate when we first got there.

There are multiple keys needed to get from the street to the hotel lobby, which is a bit confusing but on the other hand, very secure!

Everything about this hotel was perfect. The staff was really kind and helpful, especially the lady that served us breakfast! The room was big and spacious and everything was very clean. The wifi connection was also great, I didn’t experience any noise from the outside even though the hotel is in the core center. It takes you 2 minutes to get to the old city and I would recommend this hotel to everyone!

Great communication from staff to enable easy arrival and check in. Lovely big room. Fantastic bathroom and particularly good shower. Good central location, whilst on busy road room was quiet.

Was quite hard to locate hotel first time so would be good to share WhatsApp photo of outside. Fruit at breakfast would have been a good addition.
