"I enjoyed the stay at Park Diamond Hotel. It is at the heart of Phan Thiet so you are easy to go to the local market. It seems to be the best hotel in town. The room is clean and has all funtions for a 4 star hotel. the hotel also provide bycicle for guest to use. Overall it is nice hotel."
