I like this hotel due to its wide space in the room n cleanliness..however the receptionist uncle very bad..i have booked the room through agoda but he said i cant get the room n has kicked many people who comes to check in that night due to the room was full..and he asked me to call agoda..so suck..aftr argued many times then he lets me to stay

You have to proof your booking strongly”
When u arrive at late night please show the receptionist the email of your booking and u have pay. Otherwise he will give u a fake excuse such as they didn't receive any booking from HQ. Luckily I went with my bodyguard (husband). And we have strong evidence :)

My toilet has some broken railings and shower support. room 18. the channel only 1 HBO channel. the tv remote is sometimes functional.

Room's floor a bit sticky when we're come in.. Sink pipe leaking, our tv only shows blue screen with no signal sign..We're asked receptionist abt it n he said that his staff already went to sleep.. Bed comfy n other that that, everything just ok.

The staff very rude. I as a regular guest will not come here after this. My husband show his ic upon check in, but the staff still want the ic of the booker. Then I gave my ic. And he just throw my husband iv. It's very very rude. And the receptionist very hard to smile and greet. I know it's the budget hotel but the quality is over quantity. I hope the HQ improve the customer service. Pls improve. But one thing that my husband and I like that the room is very clean and tidy. Thanks

Is value for this hotel. But the staff was not really friendly. And full of Indian smell. Not i want to said about Indian or what. Jst this is a hotel to serve different customers. So if got air freshers would be more better.

Staff not friendly, bad management”
I went there for business trip, and booked a few rooms for teams. Before i arrived i already call the hotel to reconfirm my booking, and they said everything okay. When my team and i arrived, the room not enough as what i booked. (Only avail 8 from 11) poor my team, have to wait the next day for new room and have to sleep in tight room.

Lack Of Customer Services”
During the check in process, the indian guy was talking to the phone using his Bluetooth earphone while im standing infront of him. At least give some words. I also front office assistant of some budget hotels in KL. I think, you should teach him, how to be a good front desk. Very disappointed.
