A 4 star hotel that deserves more”
A 4 star hotel that deserves more. It is located in a quiet and clean area, not far from Arab Street, as well as the commercial malls area, close to many restaurants, shops and various cafes. Very close to the metro station. Reception and the most wonderful of the hotel's friendly staff. Quick procedures for receiving and handing over rooms. Nice spacious clean rooms with great furniture and decor. Very comfortable big bed. A spacious bathroom, complete with everything a guest needs, as well as a bidet. Tried the breakfast a few times and it was excellent. I recommend this hotel for visitors to Bangkok. Excellent price for quality and service. Thank you to all the employees we have contacted with for their kind treatment.

Conveniently located next to BTS Ploenchit station. The room was very clean and well equipped”
The room has an iron & ironing board parked in the wardrobe, good supplies of toiletries. The only issue is the TV remote power on/off button was faulty. You also need to provide a deposit of $3000 baht in case you incur unsettled charges after you have checked out.

Nice hotel value for money ”
We are a group of 4 ladies. We stayed at Novotel for 3 nights which is highly recommended by one of our friend. The location is superb, it is within 5-10mins drive to Central World or Siam area by grab or tuk tuk. Most important is the hotel area is not as crowded as the 2 area mentioned above. BTS is just right in front of the hotel. The hotel breakfast is worth for money. Do remember to include breakfast when you book the room. There's a 7-11 and some cafes behind the hotel. Overall it's a good stay!

Great location and fantastic bar at the lobby. Quite disappointed with the front desk. They had trouble finding my booking despite me showing the booking confirmation. Seemed to happen to other travellers as well, there was a queue of unhappy people (me included). There was a blackout in the morning on the last day that lasted several hours. No lights no aircon no warm shower and of course the phone in the room couldn't work.

Hotel is next to BTS station. Very convenient if you want to travel via train. But not near any shopping malls. Hotel is comfortable with nice modern amenities.

The location is amazing, right infront of BTS station on the green line, all tourist sights easily accessible by this. Check In and Check Out was quick, appreciate the quick check in specialy as I reached at 3am, after a long flight.

Friendly attentive ultra professional staff”
We booked this hotel from Bangkok airport in our emergency evacuation back to Australia. We were met at our taxi at the door and whisked inside and into our room within minutes. The staff were authentically friendly, helpful and highly attentive. It was a haven after the chaos of Phuket going into lockdown. Everything was perfect, with a great breakfast, fab room, and the staff even organised to have our pre-ordered custom suit delivered to the hotel in 45 minutes - we had surrendered this issue in the chaos as low priority to organise postage back to Australia later. Thank you to the staff for your kindness and professionalism. I’ll be back to spend more time in the temples of Bangkok using this as my base.
