Exceeded my expectations! ”
I was a solo traveller looking for a “cheaper” place that’s near Station 1. After looking so many hotels, I’ve finally decided to give One Crescent Place a try. And honestly, it exceeded my expectations:) I truly felt getting the value of my money’s worth during my stay! PROs: - Super duper friendly and accommodating staff! - my room includes a Google Assistant which i was amazed 😂 Super cool feature 👍🏼👍🏼 - free breakfast that is good enough to make you full - A nice and clean room. Everything was sanitized. They even gave me a “kit” during this pandemic. - My room includes a small balcony which is super OK to hang your wet clothes and can chill if you like. - You can connect your smartphone to their TV 👍🏼 - Quiet at night and even in the morning (except the construction which starts around 9am LOL) - It’s located on the backside of the grotto in station 1 - which i think is a really goood place -hot shower included! Haha CONs (but not really): - located in a small alley so you will have to walk to get to the hotel (which is fine. Not a big deal for me) - not beach front (but doesn’t really matter especially if you’re looking for a cheaper stay! You can’t have it all 😂) But overall, my stay was really good! I enjoyed it there ❤️ wish i stayed longer! I miss Boracay already!

I had an unplanned trip in boracay as my friend who is based abroad and her kids were in manila for a short visit.They had many places to explore and one of them is a weekend in boracay..So i decided to joim them and booked a ticket and an accommodation in the island. I looked all the hotels at station 1 since they are staying at a different hotel also at station 1. I chanced to see one crescent place hotel and read the reviews which were all positive reveiw..I booked a room located at the ground floor. Upon arriving, the staff greeted me with a smile and gave me a welcome drink.The room was nice and has a small balcony. Lots of choices for breakfast and they have fruit juice and slices of mango. They will give you a towel when you gonna swim at the beach.When i get back to the hotel, my room was already clean. Thank you one crescent place hotel for the nice stay i had. Special mention to the staff who always greet whenever i leave and arrive at the hotel. I truly recommend this hotel as it is near the beach and friendly staff. Keep up the good work. 😊

Great Place to Stay”
We stayed here for 2 nights only with my family. I love their rooms, clean and comfy. The interiors are nice as well. Plus they have a place outside where you can hang your wet shirts and where you can just think or relax. One thing I really enjoyed their google assistant. When I am bored I can just asked her something and I am satisfied with the result. The satff are very nice and accommodating. We arrived early at 10am. I know that some hotel would require additional fee for early check-in, we werent charged for it. They offer us unlimited assistants if needed. The place is also near the Groto in station 1. You will walk a little bit and then voila the magnificient view of the White Beach which by the way is super stunning. The rate is also good and you can avail great discounts if you book it with Agoda. This depends on your status(Agoda rewards). In general, I will recommend this place to my friends and I would definitely go back staying in this place if I will be in Boracay again.

We had a blast at this place!!! Affordable rooms and yet clean and comfortable. There are welcome drinks. The free breakfast was surprisingly delicious! There are lots of options too from pancakes to rice meals to congee etc. All the staff members were attentive, helpful, and courteous. We wanted to get their names but we realized all of them delivered exceptional customer service… they are always willing to answer our queries and attend to our needs. Beach towels and beach mats are also available for free!!! Nothing more we could ask for :)

One Crescent Place is such a great find among the many choices of hotels in Station 1. The room was well-appointed and tastefully designed , with one's comfort taken into great consideration. Air-conditioning is perfect as well as the total ventilation of the entire room. Though not beachfront, It is just about 10 minutes walk to the beach. The staff was very efficient, courteous and were quick to address all our needs. The daily breakfast was superb! Thank you One Crescent Place for a memorable, hassle-free stay in Boracay. A great little budget hotel.”
3-5 min walk to the front beach (the not crowded part of the front beach) but there are road construction ongoing so its a little bit dusty going to the beach. Kind and accomodating staff. We booked a Deluxe room but got upgraded to Premier! Delicious but limited selection of breakfast. (Their tapa and bacon are divine!) Fast wifi and they have Chromecast & Google Assistant! The rooms were always cleaned even if you won't ask them to clean it. They will always clean it. Overall, I don't really have anything bad to say about this hotel. It really exceeded our expectations.

A short walk from the beach in a secluded, peaceful area. The hotel offers everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. Its very clean, well laid out and organised. The staff are exemplary, the greeting warm and genuine... taking time to explain everything about the hotel when we first arrive. Breakfast was filling and tasty, served quickly and with a generous amount of coffee to kick start my day. I loved this place and very highly recommend.

It's not a beachfront hotel but it's only 2 blocks away. So it's quiet at night & still have privacy during the day. There are also affordable restaurants nearby as well as mini groceries so it's really convenient. Staff are really nice and attentive. They are also very quick to serve the guests. The room is very spacious & clean. All necessities are provided like toiletries & towels. All equipments are functioning well. The food they serve for breakfast are also delicious. Will definitely recommend this hotel & hopefully we can go back too in the future!

No frills quiet comfortable great location”
The staff at the hotel are truly exceptional. Courteous friendly and always helpful. I would come back here only because of them. The room was super clean and Had a ceiling fan and air conditioning. TV could stream Netflix and chrome cast from your phone and balcony was nice to sit out and chat. It’s location in station 1 off the beach and close to the main road with a short walk to all the bars and restaurants.

Hindi masyado mataas yung expectation ko sa place pero upon reaching the hotel, we were greeted by accommodating staff. And we were even surprised na mayroong chrome-cast ung room namin. Malakas din ang wifi connection nila at pinaayos agad nila nung nagkaroon ng problema ung internet. Location wise, malapit lang din sa sa beach at hindi masyadong big deal ung 3mins walk dahil napaka-peaceful ng bay sa station 1. Meron ding malapit na health care provider in case of emergency. Nakakatuwa din na maraming toys pra sa kids na free lang namin hiramin, even swimming towels & matt for picnics ay nagpo-provide sila. My favorite part of our entire stay was the breakfast na maraming choices at halata mong hindi tipid. Overall, kung babalik man ulit kami ng Boracay, dito prin kami mag che-check in👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Nice and super friendly staffs”
The hotel location was perfect only few minutes walk from hotel to the beach. They also have a beach mat and towels that you can borrow if you want to go to the beach. The staffs are super friendly, accommodating,helpful and hospitable. We had a sumptuous breakfast even though its a la carte style i'll recommend dangsilog (for me it was their best seller). The cleanliness of the lobby and room are satisfactory.

We had a great 2 night stay in this hotel. I'm glad I chose One Crescent Place out of all the hotels I reviewed because the staff here is very nice and professional. They will make you feel important in this place. All our requests were attended to right away. Shout out to Ms. Ruby at the front desk who went out of her way and offered to pick up our order at a fast food restaurant. I loved her for that. The hotel is not beach front but its not even a 5 min walk to the beach. So close enough. My kids loved our room with high speed internet and google assistant. They also have a chromecast which my kids enjoyed too! I highly recommend this place.

My parents, who are both senior citizens, and I went to Boracay for the first time and we had an amazing stay! The hotel may be small compared to some hotels in the island but they have exceptional service. Ms. Ruby made sure that we are comfortable and we have everything we need. Our room is big and bed is comfortable. Tasty breakfast too! Thank you for making our stay memorable. Kudos to the whole team! 😊😊

Upon check-in you are greeted with warm welcoming faces. The staff will cater to your every need. The place we stayed in was so nice spacious and convenient to the beach. Free breakfast is also served your choice outdoors or in your room. You can also borrow mats and towels for your beach. Will definitely stay here again. I enjoyed my vacation with them as well.

Super Friendly staff”
We had a wonderful stay in this hotel. I would like to commend the staff, they are helpful, friendly and most of all have given us a delightful service. The garden area serves as a lounge area and smoking area as well. Pros: quite and far from the crowd, best for relaxation and watching the day go by. Near the beach, is just a 3 to 5-minute walk to the beach. Nearby restaurants, tapsilog eatery, bakery and sari-sari store. Very friendly staff, super helpful. Free use of beach towels and beach mats placed in a handy bag. Shower area in the garden for use after swimming on the beach. Designated smoking area. The room veranda can also be used as a smoking area. Decent free breakfast. Quite and far from the big crowd. You can sleep soundly without the noise of vehicles. 10 to 15 minutes walk to small or 5 minutes via e trike. Cons: No direct driveway to the hotel, and the alley is too narrow for an e-trike to pass. Tips: When riding e trike you can say individual and pay for 10 to 15 pesos per person or rent it at 100 or 150 depending on the area (regardless of the number of passengers).

I had a very pleasant stay at One Crescent Place Hotel in Boracay during the Holy Week Celebration of PH in April 2022. The place is situated in a very strategic place in station 1. The hotel is locatd at the back of the Catholic church and near the main road. Easy to get transporation to anywhere in the island. The hotel is also strategically located to the White Beach (aprox. 2 mins walk) from the hotel. On the area, you have restaurants nearby to eat at, some small convenience stores for other needs you may have. It is nice and quiet. Also peaceful. The hotel staff is very accommodating, especially Ruby. All of them are very courteous and attends to your needs. They would offer to do things for you and would comply to your request, if they could manage to give it to their guests. They could easily arrange transfers for you at your convenience. The daily free breakfast is also good. They have an array of items to choose from. They are plated nicely and of good quality. All in all, One Crescent Place Hotel is commendable hotel. I would recommend this to my family and friends. My only wish is that if they could have access to an elevator, especially if you booked the topmost floor (4th floor).

place is just a minute away from the main road and the station 1 beach, the part with less restaurants and shops and more shore. path from road to hotel gets a little flooded when it rains. they lend mats and towels in bags for beach use. our room had a rack that can be taken to veranda to dry clothes. no hot shower. split-type aircon was quiet. breakfast was good. ask for salt and pepper on the eggs. overall a great place to stay.
