First day we arrived at 6.00 pm..bath towel not enough.When we enter the room the bed,pillow and comforter sheet seem like not have been change coz it smell not good and the is a lot of hair at the bed sheet. We have to ask the new sheets from the counter and we installed in on our own .The floor also still have dust.We have to ask a broom from the counter to sweept it. Same condition with the bathroom looks like not been cleaned. The surounding also smelly with the cat shit and can be seen at the ground before entering the lobi counter. The second day luckily we got the bath towel after we ask from the counter. Hope the management can do someting with the clealiness because it is the major problem at this place. The TV also not functioning coz the MYTV not been installed yet.

- Bed sheet has some stain. - Staff are not always available - Need to overcome bat issues. We stayed here for 2 nights. On our first night, we heard a noise at the roof and in our room, we thought the was a rat or mice. But actually it was a bat. There is also some stain on the bedsheet and pillow sheet which is we unsure is because the stain or because the movement of the bat in our room. On the second night, we arrived at the hotel around 12 am after back from Kuala Perlis, and we saw 3 bats in our toilet, we have asked help from the staff, unfortunately no front desk available, we had called the manager and staff more than 20 times before they answered. The staff arrived around 1.30am and changed our room. The new room is quite clean even though we need to kill about 3 flying cockroaches. Overall staying was good, suitable for adventurous person.

Noisy At night Time ”
Firstly, Unwelcome from receptionist. The room is not clean. The room even has spider web at ceiling and that means it's not regularly cleaned. Wifi not really strong, sometimes u get the WiFi and sometimes u don't. At 12am there more people check in and it will get noisy, u can hear there is constructions work doing at night, and there will something fell down at night (maybe durian?). The bed making sounds. Really not recommended it.

Worst experience”
The worst budget hotel/inn that I ever stayed. Very dirty. Poorly managed. The curtains are dirty. The bed and pillows covers were not changed and look so dirty. The toilet bowl very very disgusting. The don't really bother to throw away the soaps that have been used by the previous visitor. Please please improve the cleanliness. However that area don't really have so much of a choice of hotel to stay in.
