Pros Clean room and toilet High pressure shower, warm heater Comfy beds and blanket No musky smell Windows Good parking Movie channels Near to Supermarket & Eateries Friendly staff Breakfast so-so Cons Small rooms Dirty cups and kettle Aircon needs servicing, quite filthy and choked Overall 7.8 / 10. Better choice than neighbouring hotel which is highly overpriced. As a regular traveller to Raub, I will choose to stay in this hotel if I come back to Raub again.

Excellent service from staff. Checked in late but no problem faced while checking in. Staff is friendly. They served sahur even though the rate is at a budgeted rate.

Room is clean. Fantastic facilities for this price. Common area (meeting table) and breakfast area is available, ample covered parking for guest. Complimentary breakfast is simple packed nasi lemak & 3-in-1 cofee. Location is OK if you have transport, it is not right at the main town centre.

The whole hotel sanitized, from the smell maybe with dettol. Specific parking for hotel, with roof and cctv. No breakfast as usual due to PKPP. FYI, only TV3, 8TV, TV9 channel during my stay but I dont mind.

Easy to get access for food, bank and mart. I took suite family room so its comfortable for me and my kids. Breakfast nasi lemak is nice. Will recommend to others.

The hotel nasi lemak breakfast is pretty good. Love the cleaniness, the only complain is the pillows are lumpy. Maybe they can replace those lumpy pillows else everything here is great. For the price you pay is really value for money. Compare to Bentong budget hotels, Raub hotels are almost half the price. The hotel has reserved parking lots in front of the hotel and also opposite the hotel. Lots of parking available for guests. Will definitely be back again if I visit Raub again during the durian season.

Pros 1. Supermarket within 100m and 7-11 within 400m 2. Appears to have separate parking for cars across the road, although I didnt use it 3. Simple local self serve nasi lemak and fried banana fritters breakfast 4. AC was working well 5. Ample hangers and hanging line Cons 1. No elevator but really it's not really necessary. Mindful if u have guest that needs lift. 2. Not in the main part of town albeit isn't far away. Upside is no traffic noise and congestion.
