Booked 2 rooms (1 @ the GF and 1 @ the 2F) for our stay at Palassa Private Residences and it was TOTALLY STUNNING! Since we booked 2 rooms, we had the best views of the "other side" of Boracay Island. If you are longing for that peace and quiet moments with the most tranquil view of the sea, heading to Bulabog Beach is the best choice without splurging. Staying at Palassa gives you a different feeling of comfort and luxury without hurting your pockets. The sea view is just splendid that I could stare at it all day long with unlimited cups of freshly brewed coffee. Literally, this is the place where you can de-stress and immerse yourself with the sun, sand, wind and sea. While the beach may not be as "swimmable" as that of White Beach, you can still take dips at some areas. it is also a short walk to Dmall and White Beach Sta1/2. Although currently, Palassa can only provide accommodation (does not offer food services), they are associated with Meze Wrap, a small resto that offers superb mediterranean meals at very affordable prices! They even offer free delivery to guests of Palassa! My family and I undoubtedly enjoyed our stay here! Palassa is underrated but highly recommended and EXCEPTIONAL! (Thanks to the reviews here at Agoda.) We found a great place to stay when we get to visit Boracay again. Thanks to the staff (esp to Ate Rosie who welcomed us) and it was a pleasure to have met the owner (I was not able to get his name though) who was very friendly and down-to-earth. Kudos to Team Palassa Private Residences. Your place is a charm.

The best of both sides”
If your looking for activities but wanted to have a quiet and good sleep, this is the right place. Walking distance to station 1/2/3 and yet you’ll be sleeping with the sound of the ocean, since its just few steps away from the hotel. Bldg is not new, but they kept the room clean, with big paintings that gives the room some character, noticed fresh smelling upon entering the room, no bath tub but washroom is really clean. They have a shared kitchen if you want to cook, or use microwave. I almost forgot, They provide you with three big pillows and a bed you don’t want to leave in the morning, only comment..patio lock is not holding well..yes! You have a small patio facing the ocean where you can see the sun setting and rising! Their staff Rosie and I’m sorry I forgot his name, were always present whenever you need something, you can text or call them anytime if you need something! We will surely pick this place if ever we will be back in boracay!

Palassa Private Residences your Hidden Paradise ”
The hotel is great for those who want a peaceful stay yet still connected to the beach and the shops. The hotel offers a luxurious room with a stunning sea view. It is literally right along the shore. Though the location of the hotel is at a slightly remote side of the island, the local shops and restaurants are still a walking distance. Even the station 2 beach is just a walk away. Hotel staff is very kind. They even allow you to cook food. The hotel room is clean and well equipped with your basic needs and comes with a bonus coffee machine. Will definitely recommend this to other travelers and maybe someday when we go back in boracay we will still stay at palassa private residences. Truly value for money!

Relaxing Stay”
Highly recommended 👍. I will surely come back here. I tried to extend my stay but they're fully booked. Anyway, I just hope they have available room/s when I come back. Tita Vi (owner) told me how to avail one next time. 😉 Ms.Rosie the staff is very helpful and accommodating with my inquiries. The view from my room is stunning and very relaxing it made me forget about the White Beach on the other side of the Island. (I don't want to get out and just enjoy the view and watch the Kite surfers 😅) The room has complete amenities including covid19 sanitation kit and masks. I will surely miss this place, I have another reason to come back to Boracay and hopefully try working-from-the-beach like the other guests. Without a doubt, I’d stay here again”
As a solo traveler, everything about this place was perfect - I wanted privacy and I got it. It was away from the noise and the hordes of people. I also had a good view of the sunrise from my balcony so it was always great waking up in the morning and having my free coffee. And since we are now in the “new normal”, I also felt safe - there were available hand sanitizers in the premises and my room also had this safety kit complete with disinfectants and face masks. Though kitchen was communal, everything I needed was there. And of course, the staff and owner were very friendly and accommodating. Kudos!

A Balance of Serenity & Party”
Perfect for kite surfers, maybe introverts or folks who also need a space for a quiet place to chill in Boracay. Located on Bolabog with a beautiful beach view of the sunrise as you wake up. The owners and staff are super friendly and make you experience home (not a hotel) and life in Boracay neighborhood. 15min walking distance to D'Mall and to Station 2 where you can have your sunset and party if you wish but if you feel like chilling, Levantine (food & bar) & Lazy Dog (bed & breakfast) are just around the corner of Palassa. Super worth the money!”
This place is best if you want some peace. The place is squeaky clean and it smells fresh. It's far from the crowd yet still very accessible. Trikes are always available and there are nearby stores and restaurants. The staff and owner are also very helpful and friendly. We'll definitely stay here again.

This is a good spot since it is located at Bulabog beach (kite surfing place), but also 5-10 min walk to D’mall and station 2 whitebeach. Perfect place for couples to relax. The room is very clean and very affordable for a beach front view.

Being situated in Bulabog beach literally on the other side if the crowd, this made our stay delightful. Locals kiteboarding, children playing, dogs roaming around... you can't get this on the other side. Hotel was clean, complete, and views are amazing.

Value for money”
The room is so spacious and even have a balcony. I booked 2 rooms and asked for 2 extra beds for 2 adults and it fit inside one room! Not only that, you will also have a picturesque view of the sea because it's beach front and just a few meters away from the shore. Their staff is friendly and very accommodating. Very quiet location and amazing locals. We are a group of 7 with 2 senior citizens and 2 kids. Everyone had a great time!

Perfect weekend getaway”
Well what else can I say, the place is lovely and instagrammable. Clean room just like what we expected. You get to see the sunrise perfect sunrise if you are an early riser. Plus JP and his mom are sweet and kind. Don't forget to visit Meze Wrap resto which they owned too. Not at the property but just a few minutes walk going to dmall.

The staff was amazing! The owners were very accommodating as well. The location was perfect, the room was perfect! I would much rather stay here again and again than on the crowded main beach. Even during a pandemic, we felt very safe here. Waking up to the sunset by our window was the best.

I really enjoyed staying in this little hotel by Bulabog beach. JP is a wonderful host and he showed me around the area. I really love waking up to the sound and the sight of the ocean. The place is very comfortable and beautiful. In terms of the location, it’s the perfect place if you’re looking for a quiet environment than staying in the touristic area. But if you also seek parties from time to time, great restaurants and etc, it’s only about 10 minutes walk to everything. Overall, I had a fantastic stay. Thank you!

Great view”
The best place to book if you want to be away from the crowded balabag beach. Location was accessible, walking distance to d’mall. Entering the room, it smelled fresh and it was clean. Though no one would be available to assist 5pm onwards but it didn’t really bother us. The only issue for me was that they didn’t have a refilling station for drinking water but they provided 2 regular bottles per day. Definitely booking this place again for our next trip.

Solo Traveler/First time in Boracay ”
Stayed here for 3D2N. I stayed in 3 different Hotels for my 7days trip. First is the Henann Regency. 1. Location wise I prefer this Hotel. Easy access to all the restaurants and souvenir shop. 2mins walk in the beach front. 2. It includes daily buffet breakfast. They also cater dinner buffet for P699. 3. Rooms are super comfy and CLEAN. 4. Amenities is very good with swimming pool and gym. Take note: Upon checkin you have to pay P4k for security deposit but they will give it back when you check out. The GYM has P300 fee per day. Which i thought was free😢 Second is Palassa Private Residence. 1. Location its 15 to 20mins walk to the station 2. What I like about it is konti lang ang tao. If you are finding hotels that you can relax with less people but with a nice beachfront view GO for this hotel. Katabi lang to ng Levanti Hotel. 2. At this time they don’t have breakfast yet. 2. Rooms are CLEAN and REALLY COMFI.💯 Pang 5star for me with a cheap prize. What a steal.🥰 3. They don’t have pools nor gym here. 4. Super bait ni ate na nasa front dest I forgot the name. But they are all kind. ❤️ Take Note: Tricicle here in boracay is quite pricey. Go for habal instead or intay kau ng e-tric na may sakay na kasi pag solo kalang mahal regular price they say is P25. Third is Belmont Hotel 1. Location - super layo sa stations. Good thing they have shuttle service from 11am to 5:30pm. They also have their own private beach. 2. Got my room on sale for P2064/night that’s without breakfast. They also cater breakfast for P800. Yap P800😅 Didn’t try it tho. 3. Rooms are CLEAN AND COMFY also. 💯 4. They have pools and gym. Didn’t get to use their gym but i think its free. Take note: Malayo to sa D’mall and stations. Kelangan ka talaga ihatid to get there. If you are dining out and lagpas kana sa pickup time nila which is 05:30pm you can ask them to pick you up anytime for P300. In my case I rent e-tric for P200 going back to the hotel.

New favorite place in Boracay”
We stayed a whole week in Boracay, and we decided to spend the first half in the quieter side, which is Bulabog beach. So glad we found this gem! We had the room on the ground floor, and we loved that we could just open the door and the beach was just there. Loved watching the sunset and how it was super chill at night. When we transferred to the white beach, we were constantly wishing we stayed here all throughout our trip. Cannot recommend enough!! Will def be back!
