An extraordinary place – a beautiful old home filled with many lovely and interesting artworks and antique objects, in which was our spacious room and bathroom, and a charming small terrace overlooking a garden. We were greeted cordially and helpfully, and the cordiality was extended throughout our stay.
A very minor thing – the Palazzo was a little hard to find because the street changes direction and we were coming from a direction that made it hard to figure that out. If this could be made more clear ahead of time, it would be helpful.

The palazzo is like a very very big apartment situated on one floor in a beautiful building. I have never seen anything like it with all the rooms filled with art and books! I loved it. Mr Davilis is very helpful. Early in the morning of our departure he came to our room with a breakfast tray.

It was a privilege to stay at the Palazzo Bernardino Suites as the owner Isabella warmly welcomed us into her beautiful home full of treasured family art & furniture collections. Our Junior suite with small balcony was large and extremely comfortable complete with a sofa and armchairs. Artworks adorned the walls. A good breakfast was served in the dining room by the competent and helpful Janis. The location was excellent and close to bars and restaurants. Highly recommended.

Staying at Palazzo Bernardini is like staying at Buckingham Palace. The owner of Signior Izabelle is as dazzling as Queen Elizabeth II. I received an invitation to dinner with her friends. It is possible to use private apartments from the Palace. Everything is done with great class and kindness. Beautifully situated in the center of the old town of Lecce. I found here not only rest at the highest level but also friendship. This is the best journey of my life.
