We stayed only one night and experienced authentic Italy. The Hotel, an elegant guest house, is situated in Parma's medieval square right across the 11th-century cathedral and its baptistry, considered one of medieval Europe’s most important buildings of the Romanesque and Gothic architecture periods. Even if it was a rainy morning we decided to have breakfast at the near by cafeteria sitting in the space outside facing the baptistry. They have dairy-free alternatives which I appreciated very much. It was delightful! Our spacious room was furnished with style and attention to detail and dominated by large windows, which gave the room a pleasant natural light. The room was equipped with a living area with table and chairs, a kitchenette and the bathroom area is designed to give you moments of well-being. The property has a lift, but the staircase is also a unique work of art dating 1600 and it accompanied us with a pleasant climb towards our room on the second floor.

Lovely hotel right next to the cathedral. Hotel is in a predestrian zone; but if you are driving there you can still access the property, but DON'T enter the hotel into your GPS as you will be taken on a merry tour that will leave you questioning your sanity. The hotel gives very precise instructions for you to follow - do so!! We had a 2 bedroom family suite, which had a small kitchenette. Clean room with plenty of space and beautifully decorated. Breakfast is nice, but better to turn up before 10 am, as items run out, and the service was a bit on the random side, but really to this was a very minor distraction to the stay. Probably should have opted for the in-room breakfast option (no extra charge). Staff are very friendly and helpful.

A nice hotel in the old city of Parma, the appartment which we booked had a nice selection of furniture, it was specious with comfortable beds. Soon they will have their elevator installed which makes the stay even more pleasant. The parking lot is a couple of meters away from the hotel but in a old Italian city better then to search one somewhere. The staff was really friendly and helpful, the breakfast was good, I wish it has a little bit more variety to select, but you will get everything if you ask for. Whenever I will go to this region again I will try to stay there.

Fantastic Location”
Located within the Piazza Duamo, Palazzo Dalla Rosa Prati was an amazing experience. We stayed at the highest floor with view amongst the sea of roofs of the ancient city. Climbing up the stairs with all the bags was tough but worth all the efforts.

Loistava paikka, palvelu ja majoitus!”
Google mapsin kautta en löytänyt hotellia, mutta paikan päällä osoitetietojen ja kartan perusteella kylläkin. Loistavalla paikalla Duomon (huippu katedraali, Sikstuksen kattomaalaukset jäävät kakkoseksi)aukiolla, lähellä nähtävyyksiä ja shoppailukatuja! Italialainen palvelu ei yleensä ole ihmeellistä, mutta tässä paikassa oli aivan erinomaista. Laukkumme kannettiin huoneeseen ja huoneessa selvitettiin erinäköisiä asioita ja jopa kerrottiin, että jos meitä kiinnostaa, niin he järjestävät meille kellarissaan kinkku- ja balsamicotutustumisen. No sehän kiinnnosti ja se oli aivan huippu sessio. Sen päälle otimme ravintolassaan vielä kinkku-viini-maistelutuokion. Siistiä! Jopa luomuviiniä tuli pyytämättä. Ja rahan edestä saikin sitten nauttia yllin kyllin eineitä ja juotavaa. Itse huone oli erittäin siisti ja tyylikäs ja ihanan viileä kuumuuden keskellä. Aamiaisen saimme lähtiessämme aiemmin pyytäessämme. Kaikki järjestyy tässä paikassa! Englantikin sujui poikkeuksellisen hienosti. Parhaita majoituskokemuksia Italiassa!
