Good facilités and staff”
It’s our 8th trip to Santa Margherita and first time in Park hotel Suisse. A wonderful surprise. Local not far from the harbour. It’s on the side of town where it’s more local and significantly less noise. There’s a nice n big swimming pool with good size bedroom which is not to be taken for granted especially in Santa Margherita. Staff in the hotel is more than excellent! We wl return next year.

Splendid Easter Holiday”
this hotel has a great location close to the marina. location of the hotel makes it convenient for exploring the area especially when we stayed only two short nights. park suisse hotel being rated 4 star could do better with some renovations. however, the room was great! it was big,clean and spacious. it even has a good size balcony bringing lots of light to the room. free wifi, password available at the desk for all hotel guest. one thing that could have been better was the bathroom. it was spacious but again like i said before, a renovation would do good. for the price we paid, it had been a good deal. i would defintely come back when visiting this region again.

I read some unfavourable reviews but found the 5 day stay very comfortable. I travel a lot and in my opinion this hotel provides the service required for a successful stay. The reception staff were particularly helpful.

Nice hotel, good location, incorrect advertising lead to a misunderstanding on room type and hence we had to pay more than originally paid double room being for 1 person only (in our instance). Other than that good hotel, breakfast ... would just recommend double-checking all details prior to booking.

Great Improvement ”
Have stayed here many times over the past 20 years. The hotel has been refurbished and so much better. Just the bathrooms could do with an upgrade. Staff very pleasant and helpful.

Not too bad hotel”
I was worried about this hotel after the reviews but the hotel was not too bad, we got lucky to be on the first floor where all the rennovated rooms are located. Parking is not free. Staff could be more friendly and helpful. Breakfast isn't the best so far. Nice swimming pool with salt water

What a lovely view!”
It was pleasant & relaxing. Room had wonderful sea view. Hotel is well located and close to public transportation and we could travel by bus to Rapallo and Portofino easily. Hotel was able to arrange transportation to train station at normal taxi rate. Receptionists were helpful. Sure would like to stay there again for a relaxing holiday!

BUG HORROR ”
Good afternoon. I would like to report a terrible incident at Park Suisse Hotel: flea and/or bed bug infestation! One of our party of three received terrible bits on their hips, buttock and arms and shoulders in room 404. On a lesser note: pictures have been taken of "shabby " conditions of bathroom door, its tile work and lavatory faucet. Further, the bath had NO shower surrounded or curtain for tub so to use for the shower even though handheld shower spray was at standing height. It is IMPERATIVE that Agoda look into these matters to reduce their star rating. It is by no means a 4 star establishment. I have notified the front desk of the pest infestation and it's physical hardship caused upon this morning's check down. I want Agoda to help with a further investigation of this matter and assist with immediate refund of all room and hotel charges paid.

Good selection at breakfast with helpful friendly staff. Good sized contemporary room with lovely sea view. Fridge very useful as weather great & temperatures high. Good sized pool. Would have liked a few more toiletries in room.

Nice hotel with a great view”
the hotel was nice though a bit basic. but the view from the balcony was exceptional. the downside was that they had no room-service and we could not even get any tea or coffee except at meal times

Old style hotel with lovely views.”
i was greeted by a friendly receptionist that allocated me a room with a lovely view of the sea. the rooms are dated and the bathrooms are tiny. for a largish person, trying to have a shower was a bit of a challenge. there was constant noise from the room next door from the tv and an in house dog that was barking. i did not use any of the facilities because it seemed like they were shut. the bar was closed and had no energy. unfortunately, i had to check out early one day as their internet was not working and i needed that for research.

Connected room with pepole partying all night.”
Many of the roms are connected with a thin door which makes you hear everything from the other room. And this night there was pepole partying and listening to music in the connected room, we couldn’t sleep. Called the receptionist twice. She couldn’t help us unfortunately, so there was little sleep that night. Sad that the reception didn’t do anything but call one them one time.
