Overpriced and not so clean”
The hotel is ok but a bit over priced for what it offers. We wanted this hotel because of the swimming pool and spa but both were closed at the end of May even though online it said it was open. Reception staff is good and very helpful AC doesn’t work well and cleanings can be improved. We found a some leftover clothes and dirt below one of our beds. Location is far from Parma city center and if you want to go downtown you need a car and parking it’s expensive downtown. The restaurant in the hotel is bad, it's hard to mess up pasta and they managed to served a greasy pasta with the taste of oil and salt. Waitress at dinner time are not the friendliest and they don’t seem to be informed about the salad buffet and what is included. Breakfast was ok but the same every day.

Seemed to me like this hotel is more of a lover's motel, but overall I had a decent stay. However, the mattress protector is some sort of plastified cover which made sleeping quite uncomfortable. Breakfast quite decent. Nice staff. Highway 300 m away, convenient if you have a car.

Bien mais peu mieux faire”
Grande chambre Quelques petits soucis d’entretien : lavabo bouché, reste un mouchoir le premier jour et non remplacé par la suite, quelques petits problèmes de tapisserie, moustiques écrasés au plafond avec traces de chaussures. C’est un peu dommage. Bon petit déjeuner Attention le jus d’orange est en supplément Hôtel avec parking, c’est bien pratique Et facile à trouver

Für eine Nacht okay ”
Für mehr nicht! Im ersten Zimmer funktionierte die Klimaanlage bei 35 Grad nicht. Erst nach einer Stunde konnten wir umziehen. Im zweiten Zimmer hatten wir Ameisen! Und nicht wenige davon... Am Morgen kam eine Kongreßgruppe von geschätzt 100 Personen an, die ihren Kaffee ausgerechnet im Frühstücksraum trinken musste - somit hatten wir kaum Platz und Zeit, in Ruhe zu frühstücken.

In aperta campagna, a 5 km dalla periferia di parma, di stile moderno l'esterno, di buona qualità i servizi offerti dall'hotel, colazione più che buona, le camere però risultano un po anguste, arredamento un po datato anche in bagno, però letto molto confortevole e più grande del normale, insomma più luci che ombre....

MANCANZA ARIA CONDIZIONATA”
Ho soggiornata nella Junior Suite senza aria condizionata nonostante sia stata accesa .. non funzionava . Il caldo era incredibile .. Consiglio di installare degli oscuranti lì batta il sole tutto il giorno e la stanza è un vero e proprio forno . Anche per la colazione non venivano sistemate e rifornite le tazzine e le scodelle .

Tutto ottimo ”
Struttura bella e facilmente raggiungibile anche se distante dal centro e con ottimo parcheggio per auto ; camera spaziosa comoda e ben arredata compreso il bagno con vasca idromassaggio, colazione abbondante e varia dia salata che dolce, personale gentilissimo , rapporto qualità/prezzo ottima .
