My 1st choice in NaNa Area”
You like to stay in the meltingpot with style but stilll on a budget? Pachara suites is my first choise for to do so! The staff is always friendly and caring. They have also a lady who can organize lovely daytrips for you. Pricing is reasonable. Roooms are big, nice and clean. Not one of the newest hotels but i had no inconvienences because of this. Everything was nice, functional in a good condition! The location is just great for the lazy slacker guys of you (and me). You don`t have to walk far, EVERYTHING is just max. 5 min away! But mostly closer... ;-). Outside the building you are somehow close to in between....but inside the hotel you have a cosy, lovely comfort-zone to relax and blend away the the noises of the city.

Returning after a long time”
I love this hotel, its been a while since I last stayed but when I checked in, the Receptionist had my previous stay record on screen and took the time to welcome me back, a nice touch!! I was very lucky to also be upgraded, maybe because we were only staying for the weekend but its little touches like this that make you want to come back, so well done to the hotel management. Plus points = Great staff, well equipped rooms, quiet location, away from the main drag, nice breakfast. Minus points = its quite a way down from the BTS, so if you haven't visited BKK before, standby to walk up Nana Soi 4 to get anywhere, might be a shock to family groups!!!! Overall, I hadn't stayed for a while but loved being back, well done to all the staff at the hotel for making our stay so enjoyable.

Amazing hotel”
Perfect place to stay in Bangkok, it will be the only hotel we will stay at on all our visits from now on. Staff attentive, friendly, always smiling and happy to do what you ask. The suites are perfect. Amazing size, love the kitchen, dining, lounge area with a washer/dryer too. The only down side was the water pressure in the main shower, it was a trickle. We originally wanted a non smoking balcony suite, but was advised at check in that all the balcony rooms are smoking. We were put into a suite on a non smoking level and the bathroom and dressing room were much larger. Thankyou Phachara staff for a wonderful stay

Strategist location”
Pros: - near bts (nana station), - convenience store - clean - staffs are friendly and professional. I booked deluxe studio type, turns out they had two kinds (with/without bath tub). Just ask the front desk which type do you prefer. - they provide tuktuk service from hotel to bts station. Very convenience. Cons: - a bit far from the center location (siam, platinum, etc). We have to go there by bts. Recommended!

Great refurbishment ”
I am currently staying at Phachara and must say the refurb is fantastic having experienced pre-refurb in October last year. The rooms are now very modern and clean (I’m in a Premier Studio Suite) and spacious . Staff are fantastic and very friendly and the location is excellent being about 100m from Nana BTS and plenty of restaurants are bars nearby - I recommend Soi 8 for food choices

I had booked an executive studio and had high expectations due to the photos. Glad that i was not disappointed. Large room equipped with everything you need, very clean aswell. The location is almost right on the Nana Plaza which is perfect for party lovers. The staff take care of everything and I feel very comfortable in this hotel. I'll definitely stay there again on my next visit.

Second time I've stayed at this Hotel , last time January of last year and I noticed most of the same staff we're still employed there and most of them remembered me from last year , that's a good sign , the room I stayed is was like an apartment , washer dryer , kitchen , living room , balcony , the staff speaks good English , and they smile and have a good attitude which makes a big difference in my choice of hotels , the room was cleaned every day , really nice having the washer and dryer saves money , located close to lots of bars and restaurants , would recommend this hotel

Quality Accomodation in a Very Guest Friendly Hotel.”
The hotel is in the perfect position to experience all the amazing nightlife Bangkok is known for. If you have made a new friend while being out and about its all good. Even for Breakfast. I did book for two though. The room was very spacious with a bathroom, living room / kitchen and a separate bedroom. I also had a balcony. The washing machine / dryer was awesome to have. The bed was huge and very comfortable. The air conditioning was excellent. A nice big fridge in the kitchen was great. Staff were very friendly and very discrete. Check in and check out was handled very well. I would not hesitate to stay again.

EVERYTHING EXCELLENT”
I stayed at this hotel for a 2 night stay and was luckily upgraded to a suite. The hotel is fantastic and probably one of the best I have ever stayed in (and I do travel a lot). The accommodation, location, staff and food were all excellent and I would stay again without hesitation and recommend it to anyone I know visiting the area.

Location and Price”
A great hotel. Located close to all you could ask for be it shopping, bars and restaurants. A great breakfast is greeted with a smile from the staff. No task too big or small for them. Made me feel very welcome. I have been going to Pattaya for nearly 15 years. I have stayed at many places. This is definitely one of the best.

Fantastic value”
Recently, I had the great pleasure of staying at Phachara Suites. It's centrally located, yet quiet with nice facilities - pool and dining - and, in my case, a wonderful Executive room. The hotel is located in central of Bangkok and very near Nana BTS station. The room sizes didn't seem as much as described. We stay in both Studio Deluxe (described 45m2) and One Bedroom Deluxe (described 55m2) but I don't think the sizes are correct.

This is our third time here . Staffs are very friendly and helpful. We love staying here. It’s Close to Bumrungrad hospital and NANA BTS . Spacious room with small kitchenette and washing machine , etc.

Brilliant staff”
Stayed in a 1 bedroom suite for 4 nights before going to Chiang Mai and 4 nights after so 8 nights overall. Excellent room, great shower, washing dryer machine and comfy bed. Good wifi Housemaid was a bit hit and miss, sometimes did not replace towels, shower products or give teabags or coffee. Breakfast was ok but was always cold except for egg station but chef always disappears so takes time to get your egg order. All staff were fantastic Could be much better if breakfast was better but always enjoy my stay here and is in a great location. Many new hotels have sprung up nearby but will continue to stay at Phachara
