Immaculately clean rooms, good hot shower and cold air conditioning. Affordable laundry service available, helpful desk staff, simple breakfast with coffee/toast included. The rooms are all themed with different artists and there are prints of art all over the place, giving this hotel a unique feeling.

Big, clean room with comfortable bed. Free coffee and toast downstairs. Within 10 minute walk of a number of good restaurants and the night market. Great value for 500 baht/night. Highly recommended.

I booked this hotel because of the price and location. It is right across from one of the only falang frequented bars which what very nice for cheap drinks and food. The good points about the hotel - - Cheap and central location - Quiet - Balcony with an area you can cook at if you have a portable stove top. - Good water pressure with hot shower - Fridge, small but worked fine - Wifi was decent and worked consistently (too slow for streaming to my android box from what I remember) - Car/Bike Parking is plentiful - No bugs from what I could see in the room - Good elevator The bad is not that bad if you look at the price point - - Some staff in the evening don't speak any English - The breakfast was toast and fried dough (donut type) with some sweet sauce to put on them. It really is just a snack in my opinion. - The rooms are older and could use some updating. If you need a good place you should stay here unless you are trying to impress someone.

Very nice hotel and what I love the most was the helpful and supportive night receptionist. She helped me to change the room cause I was nt happy with my room and also she was supper helpful to book me a bus ticket to bangkok. I am highly recomend this place .

I ended up staying here 6 nights in Ubon Ratchathani. It is perfect for me. The room is clean and big, internet quick, location good, a nice belcony and friendly staff. I will stay again when back I felt at home here. It is very good value for what you get.

Location is in the center to many places. I was driving, and it can be reached to Central Ubon within 15 mins. Great Vietnamese Restaurants are near by (Samchai Cafe, Morning Ubon, Sabuyjai)

Quite an old hotel but maintained to a good standard which is unusual in Thailand. Stayed there for 3 nights, the room was very clean but don't expect much of a breakfast.
