Phi Phi Relax... Primitive perfection ”
Three nights stay in May. Facilities are basic but well maintained. No AC but has a floor fan to help keep you cool. Has mosquito netting over bed but we didn’t need it at all. Saw elsewhere stated power is turned off from 8 - 6 pm but power was never off while we were there. Food was soooo good. We ate too too much because menu is huge and we wanted to try multiple dishes at every meal ha ha! Everything we tried was tasty! Restaurant staff provided excellent service every time. Would recommend mosquito repellent on your feet for dinner however. ;-) Tip box in restaurant for staff. BE GENEROUS Walked to view point “3” I think. Beautiful view, worth the walk and recovery time ice cream at top. NOT for the faint of heart for sure, it’s a solid half hour up hill. Went snorkeling there, has live coral and a lot of beautiful and friendly fish. Do not go at low tide!! Not enough room to safely float over coral and sea urchins. Go and relax, it’s beautiful you won’t want to leave!

I highly must recommend Phi Phi Relax! This place is amazing, behind the jungle (I even saw monkeys) and in front the wonderful sea. The bungalows are melting into and have an rustic charme. I had a bungalow in the second line and when I woke up I could see the ocean. You can lay on the balcony, or go to the beach directly in front of. If have high tide you can swim easily and snorkeling also during low tide. I saw many beautiful fishes in all colors. The stuff is amazingly attended to any of your wishes, very warm and friendly. The food is delicious and the cocktails very tasty. I went every day (I extended even my stay three days longer - all together 8 days) to Nui and Cat the masseuse girls. I came with very hard back problems and Nui (Cat also is brilliant), saved me and my holiday. I love the place and especially the whole crew, which made me feel home. BEAUTIFUL PLACE”
From arriving on their longtail boat right onto the ocean began a beautiful beginning! I absolutely LOVE this resort. I cannot wait to go back! The food, the bungalows, the staff, the cocktails, the atmosphere. It was all around beautiful and I would recommend to anyone visiting Phi Phi Island. Make sure you get a massage every day or as often as possible. It was quiet, clean, the sound of the ocean was amazing, the view was breathtaking and I loved it. I miss it already! THANK YOU SO MUCH for a wonderful stay!

Perfect bungalow!”
The resort is very peaceful, not crowded. nice clean beach . There are many beautiful patterned hermit crabs. The beach front is ready for diving. There is a canopy in front of the beach. Can play in the sea all day. Children like it. Not many people, not near, not far from the pier, convenient to travel very tasty food staff is a good services minds. Good room for people who like bungalow style. Recommended and we will definitely go back.

Wonderful location, and not very crowded, amazingly thoughtful staff!”
As soon as you land at Rassada Pier on Phi Phi you are instantly aware of how crowded the island is. But, just a short boat ride (provided by the hotel for 150 baht) and you’re on a private beach tucked away from all the craziness. The bungalows are absolutely adorable, with stellar views of the ocean. The beach is very clean, and only occupied by hotel stayers. The reefs are great for snorkeling as well. Food is also very good for a resort restaurant. My partner and I were also able to schedule 1-hour massages directly there! The thing that really inspired me most, though, was how the staff reacted when my partner and I suddenly came down with a stomach illness during our first day at the resort. The staff gave us both two sets of different medicines to take to settle the stomach and prevent bacterial infection. When we emerged the next morning everybody asked how we were feeling, and they gave us additional medicine to help us get through the next day. Amazing!!!

We loved it here. The bungalow was PERFECT. Now there’s no air con or hot water but we went at the end of January so at night it’s in the low 80s and very windy and during the day it’s in the 90s so take your shower during the day and you will be fine! The food was pretty good. The water was clear! The massages were awesome. The staff is very helpful. If you have to email them with any questions or concerns they respond rather quickly and effectively. Bee and Alex both helped out with a surprise for my husband for our anniversary and making sure our excursion was taken care of. If you want to do an excursion book it with their Facebook page. It will come out cheaper that way. You can also go on a hike to see the viewpoint for 30baht, just make sure you have enough daylight to get back(we hiked back in the dark and that was a little scary)

This place is amazing , especially if you like being close to Nature and a peaceful experience away from the crowds. The distant view of neighbouring islands sets the ideal ambience to sit on the beach and watch the sunrise and sunsets unfold. Will definitely be coming back here to chill someday.

Very nice place”
We stayed here for 5 days and I want to say that the time is stop here. Very quiet and beautiful beach. Also the restaurant is one of the best which I eat in Thailand. Of course prices are a little bit expensive than in center of PhiPhi or Phuket . The hostess is very friendly and helpful. Minuses : No A.C but in the night is not so hot so you can sleep well. No hot water If I will decide to come in Thailand again for sure I will come here again for few days to relax.

I’m not quite sure how I didn’t read any reviews on this before booking it but some things you should know... First of all our ocean front bungalow was amazing! The staff was so helpful and friendly! But the location and process of getting to the hotel was shocking to me. Once you arrive at the pier in phi phi you have to get on a ferry boat to the hotel which depending on conditions takes about 20 minutes. Then you get off the boat and walk through water as employees help you and carry your bags. Not that big of a deal except depending on the tides/weather you could end up neck deep in waves trying to get to your room. Just be aware of this when booking. Some families on our boat had small children that were crying bc of the huge waves and another woman was scared because she didn’t know how to swim. The next day the water didn’t look like that but it could definitely happen to you. Once you arrive you’re basically isolated from the rest of the island. It costs 150 baht per person every time you take the taxi boat and it only runs from 8-5. You can hike up to the viewpoint and down to the other side of the island which we did but it is TIRING and I’m 26. Also if you don’t have oceanfront be aware that your room could be up lots of stairs! It is kind of nice to be isolated and have some quiet from the madness of phi phi though.

I can’t say enough good things about the staff here! This is our second stay at the phi phi realx. We went with my husbands parents and I will go back again. It’s a relaxed laidback place. Don’t expect high end facilities but it doesn’t matter..... it’s a hidden jem.

Best hotel we stayed in during our 3 week trip to Thailand! Location is stunning! 20 mins away from pier. They have a long tail boat service which can pick you up at a small fee. Restaurant was perfect! Very reasonable. Very relaxing and the hotel offer exertions also. There is also an unbelievable view point 30 mins walk from hotel which you have to visit! Highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back!

The location, right on the beach, is awesome.. listening to the soft breaking of the waves as we fell asleep was great. The food in the resturant was lovely. The day trip round the islands was spectacular. If you cant live without aircon and hot water, you might want to consider that when thinking about this one. We had a fantastic time

We booked a garden bungalow but got upgraded to a relax one only a few steps from the beach. Mostly helpful and friendly staff. Beach is nice, sea is a bit rocky for swimming but very good for snorkelling. Rooms were nice but a bit hot with just a fan. You are quite limited to staying/eating in the location of the hotel but for a few days it is lovely.
