Phi Phi Viewpoint Resort”
First, the staff at View Point were the kindest and most hospitable hotel staff I've come across in a long time. At reception, Lala was extremely kind. Helpful to recommend eating, hiking, sightseeing, and relaxing places. My room was spacious and clean. No gym or luxury amenities available but they were not necessary...can easily go walk, hike, or swim. The location is beautiful at all times of day. Thank you P Lala. Look forward to see you again!

Nice place - just loud at night. ”
The facilities are great. Best pool we saw on the island and the breakfast was tasty (limited but tasty). The rooms were fine and staff super helpful. My only complaint which goes for the whole island, is the loud music which plays until 1 am. We didn’t experience anything inappropriate but the music takes some getting used to. Again, you will hear the music and party’s from anywhere on the island.

Pros: stunning view of the bay from the swimming pool, friendly staff, good room with a lot of space even for three people, near to the viewpoint. We enjoyed and got the most in our four nights at Phi Phi View Point Resort! I would return to this place again!

Amazing view of the bay and incredible infinity pool. However, you can hear the music until about 2AM from the nearby party beach. Also, there were no basic amenities, such as shampoo, body wash, nor lotion. Being in any of the ground level rooms/ bungalows results in a few insects entering the room. Staff was very accommodating and even helped carry our luggage to the pier.

Second time in this hotel”
We spent New Year period in this hotel in the second time. I like location of this hotel (not so far from the pier and enought close to the beach) and very friendly and helpful management. There is a swimming pool and it helps in low tide period. But this year we stayed in garden view room. It is not so cozy compared with sea view room with bad sound insulation.

I've just stayed here for 5 nights and it's been an absolute dream of a place to be based out. I had a free upgrade to a bungalow sea view and enjoyed the most idyllic views over the bay. The pool is divine, and although the resort is a little walk out of the main drag, easily manageable and very safe. Owners very kind and helpful: I booked an all day snorkelling trip through them, rented a kayak, and my outgoing ferry and taxi to airport all sorted seemlessly. Excellent value for money, great location overlooking the bay and for sunsets, really enjoyed my stay.

Expected more for the monies spend”
Older hotel. A no frills place even we got the most expensive room (sea view deluxe bungalow, D3 ) Has a nice view from the balcony but no roof over it. When it rains you will get wet or baked by the sun when not. No toiletries, exactly 2 shabby towels, no coffee maker or even hair dryer. The bed is super firm. The staff is very accommodating. We asked for a hot water pot, a hair dryer and extra pillow which was promptly supplied. The music from the beach bar close by is so loud that it read on my decibel App 83 with the doors closed inside the room. It stops at 1am. The pool is nice, towels upon asking for them, food is good, breakfast is a la cart. Would I stay there again for $90/night in off season -NO Across the bay are equally nice places without the noise for a 3rd of the price.

The resort is as described with a price point that is tough to beat with a pool. The pool has a great view of the bay. The resort is very clean. Everything in Phi Phi is within a 10 minute walk. The lady that runs the resort is fantastic and bent over backwards to make sure my stay was enjoyable.

Great location, close to the party and center food bars restaurant area but away enough that you don’t hear the loud noise. Nice pools and viewpoint area. Cool staff. Needs to be cleaned a little in garden areas. Room is ok clean, some cockroaches, but overall ok. Very uncomfortable mattress. Ok bedsing

Mixed feelings”
The view from our sea view hut was gorgeous, and the hotel pool overlooking the bay was awesome..BUT we soon discovered that around 11 pm a bar directly next to the resort blares music and it goes on for quite some time. We are in our late 20s so we could deal with it but it was still annoying. There were also gaps in the door so bugs got in a little. Overall it was okay but we ended up moving to a new hotel on the island once our two nights here were done.

I stayed for 3 nights. View from the hotel is good. Swimming pool available but water contains high chlorine. complementary breakfast. Very old property, rooms are decent. Location is very far from jetty, around 1 km

I chose this hotel because it is adjacent to my diving school. If you are going to learn to scuba there, it is convenient. Otherwise, it is quite far from all the actions on the island. Nevertheless, the owner is very helpful and friendly.

Not so good for a few reasons”
- booked a Deluxe Bungalow but got a different room. - communication difficulties - long wait for check in - asked about extra nights and given an inflated price- no Wi-Fi at all- after reopening from Covid closure the resort needs some work - potential to be a good stay but not at the moment.

So Dirty”
Room was filthy, holes in the front door and walls allowing insects in. Room obviously hadnt been cleaned because previous guests old clothes were still in all the drawers, and under the bed was ridiculously dirty. Our bedsheets were filthy, room constantly full of dead insects. No internet anywhere except at reception. Also impossible to sleep until 2am because of the really loud music coming from the beach bars, though i understand this isnt the resorts fault.
