        Excellent location, very near and walking distance to Hospital Kuala Lipis, Mr DIY, banks, places for foods. Very clean room and washroom. Love it very much, will return stay if visit Kuala Lipis again in future.

        Worth my money”

        Overall good even got pigeon shit everywhere outside the hotel. But inside is very clean. The receptionists are friendly even though we checked in at 5am (due to bloody traffic jam). The things that i wanna complaint are: 1) aircond too cold. My wife got flu tomorrow morning. Cannot be adjusted. I think the thermostat is broken 2) water heater too hot. Also cannot be adjusted even i put the lowest, still hot like maximum Other than that, it worth your stay...

        Value for money if using agoda. Price quite different if walk in. Clean room, towel and bathroom. Free drinking water bottle. Parking coupon sold here. Don't forget to buy one/two to avoid parking summon.

        I booked the single room there. It was very tiny, and dark. Moreover, the bathroom was not on the same floor, so it was a bit tricky to shower myself. But it was definitely ok for the price! The staff even helped me to book a taxi!

        I was travelling to Merapoh from Kuantan and I need a cheap and comfortable place to break the journey and sleep. This Budget hotel is what I was looking for. Its cheap, clean and easy access to everything.

        It is a clean and worth it for the price paid. You need to walk up the stairs to go to the reception counter. Before you enter the door, there are pigeon shits everywhere but once you are inside, it is clean. The bathroom is small but you are not staying inside the bathroom right. The girl working there is very nice and will try to solve any problem you have with the room. Location is great. Overall, I am satisfied staying here for a night or two.
