Not recommended”

Please survey other place very careful before you decide to choose this place. The fridge is broken down. Also their tv only have youtube. Who watch youtube like seriously? Netflix out of service. 2 bedrooms means 2 queen bed and 1 single bed. Literally can fit only 5 persons with normal BMI. Toilet and bathroom in same room which is only 1. Only 1 car park provided. If you bring more than 1 car, chances to get free parking at below apartment is very low. Got nearby parking but need to pay.

Big disappointment ”

Stayed in Porfolio @ Mansion One for 2nights.not worth the money that I paid. The service and facilities were not as advertised. The mattress were until u can feel the spring coil poking ur back.fridge was dirty and dusty and not cooling, my child food spoiled. The unit were dusty, bedsheets were dusty n dirty. Contacted customer service of the unit, promised to change the mattress but that’s just a fake promises. Utensils were stained in brown.

A poorly maintained unit”

You will be surprised by this poorly maintained unit. The sliding door of the shower unit was not working and was taped open. The toilet paper rolls when we walked in were partially wet. The plastic bowls supplied have been damaged by hot food, leading to bumps at the bottom. I cannot understand why they are not replaced. The hair dryer is missing. Even after calling the Mansion One contact, there was no hair dryer supplied after a 3-night stay. The drawers were falling apart. The access card provided only allows entry to the car park but not to the passenger lift. We had to take the bomba lift (fire lift) to get to the unit. The headboards were full of dust, but at least the floor was clean.

Location is good, parking provided. Toilet lock design wrong, the lock reversed install. So outside able to open the door. Second day morning we was surprise by the cockroach. One of the single bed already sunken down, luckily we did not sleep that bed. Many things is not well maintain, hope to improve on this. Overall was ok.

Not properly maintain”

Once check in, found out the bed was not tidy. The mirror was dirty. The bathroom is full of sand. Feel a bit not comfortable to stay. The owner does not able to act immediately but she went to check and clean it the next day morning.
