This hotel has an excellent location. It's in the midst of a commercial centre. All the things one could need is just a stone's throw away. Staff : The staffs were friendly and accommodating. Especially the chef. Breakfasts : Their breakfast is one of their highlight. Good food and atmosphere. Room : The room I stayed was big, spacious and clean. All the details that one would expect is taken care of. Parking : They don't have covered parking but has a massive parking lots adjacent to it. Note : Vegetarians n Vegans need not have towirry as there are 3 vegetarian eating place within walking distance

During my 2nd visit, they free upgrade my room to executive suit for free due to unforeseen reason. Best deal ever. Yabadabadoooooo. And now I’m coming for 3rd visit. There is no other hotel like this in Bintulu. A hotel that you can feel like home. And my nose allergic rhinitis also remain calm during the stay. Good nose means clean environment. I just hope they improve the menu during my next visit. Including their drinks esp coffee. The coffee taste like cheap coffee tho.. better drink minerals water..anyway staff are all friend,y and efficient..

The staff are friendly especially the receptionist helping me with my room and give me some information about the place I need to go for food hunting in bintulu. Everything is superb,strategic location, the room is great,clean, the breakfast buffet is great, lot of choices. Overall for the price, really worth it and definitely will came to stay again in my next trip.

Hotel location are surrounded with supermarket, shop houses, bus terminal and eateries. Very convenient. Value money.. Fast check in and friendly staff. Room come with breakfast and given as booked. Comfortable bedding room with nice decoration. Good ventilation. Good hearty spread of breakfast with local and western food. I really love this hotel. This is my second trip sightseeing bintulu city. I would like to stayed again when i come for next trip.

since pandermic and we are not be able to travel i always look up to another stay in hotel.. everything was in order and very smooth and satisfied . its just breakfast issue which i actually stay for quite some times so repeating on the same menu could be boring. since the pipeline problem in kitchen i think hotel can ask the food provider to variation choose of food then. other than that i was happy staying there with view of beautiful sunset ..

Everything is perfect. No regrets at all. Close to the supermarket, bank, and restaurants. The bed is super comfy, clean smell, and the bathroom is sparkling clean. Food for breakfast also delicious.

Great location and cafes, restaurants are just nearby. Literally just a walk away. Dobi is just opposite and bus terminal is just next to promenade. Its so convenient and the facilities are great. Very clean and modern. Love the breakfast as well.

Standard room is huge actually, very worth the money for a long or short stay. Everything is perfect except for the air conditioning whereby the temperature stays the same regardless of temperature input and we stayed at the non smoking level room, however the room has a strong smoke smell to it.
