We get roofed parking, a spacious room, a spacious bathroom and good tv. We only wanted to bunk in and rest overnight, so we ordered room service for lunch. Food was great; ordered lamb racks and Mulu King Prawn Curry which was filling and tasty, but the curry gravy was more like a broth, but the taste was sooo good. Bathroom wise, I am more of a dry toilet person, so I wished that there were more floor mats to put near the sink, near the toilet bowl and one near the shower. Our room had a coffee machine, but we could not find coffee capsules for it, nor we had any mugs. The bed was large even for both my husband and I, but both of us had good rest and sleep. It was comfortable. Looking forward to come back. Compliments to the Chef, more improvements can be done, and compliments to the staff for very good room service and counter service. Many thanks :)

Clean and relaxing”
Customer service was remarkably good and it was a comfortable stay. There was an electric tripping in my room in the evening and customer service desk was able to sent in technician in fix the problem in less than 10 minutes. I was assigned to Room 2301 this time and the door hinge was slightly faulty as you had to push the holder up and down before the door can be opened. Feedback-ed to the housekeeper and front desk and they took note on that.

I highly recommend Pullman Miri Waterfront. The room I had was excellent. It has a nice sea view. Room is spacious, clean and comfortable. Their staff are friendly and helpful. They respond very quickly to requests. Location is great. There are many eateries within its vicinity. The 2 popular shopping malls in Miri are just about 5-10mins drive from Pullman Hotel.

Great hospitality from the owner of the unit. The unit is very spacious, clean n with all the necessary appliances prepared. Really feel like home. The unit is within walking distance under the roof to sunway pyramid n sunway lagoon. The balcony is facing the sunway lagoon surf pool and my kids n my friend's kids enjoyed viewing the pool from the unit. Will definitely stay again if going to KL.

Everything is fine here. Yet, I wish the management to improve their breakfast option to be more child friendly. I am travelling with 2 y/o baby and mostly the food are spicy and not suitable for baby. So I may suggest that, don't put spicy food. Above all, it was a great experienced for us.

I booked a room with seaview, the view is superb! The room is also clean and has nice smell, all the facilities in the room is in good condition. The hotel provide free parking for us too. Overall is very good, both my boyfriend and i feel very satisfied 👍🏼

We choose Pullman Miri as our honeymoon location and it was worth it. We requested for simple deco and they pulled it off, we loved it so much and the view from our room was a killer. We were surprised on how spacious our room is and the cleanliness of the room. Definitely will be back here for our anniversary.

Hotel with the best view..”
If you have the option to book the river facing room, go ahead. One of the best view from your room & bathtub is the fisherman (i think) boat going out to sea in the morning and coming back from the sea in the evening. Its calming & entertaining at the same time. The buffet was marvelous. Location is near seafood restaurant, clubs & kek lapis shop. All walking distance. I will definitely stay here only if i ever come back to Miri.

Overall the quality of stay was satisfactory. My only complain was with the music at the bar. I was hoping it would be a nice place to relax for a night cap but ended up being super uncomfortable because of super loud music. Can't talk without shouting in there. Hoping management would look into this and improve.

Booked a three days two night stays in Pullman during christmas. Very pleasant and comfortable stay. Sadly jacuzzi and sauna were closed temporarily due to COVID. Otherwise, the infinity pool and gym were the highlights of the stay. Definitely will come back again.

My stay at the Pullman Waterfront in Miri was most enjoyable indeed. The location beside the river is outstanding. The views from my room over the city and along the view gave a wonderful perspective of Miri. Easy walking around the town and nearby eateries was another feature. I was stay for 3 night for honeymoon. Then the first night i was upset that pullman give us a cake suprise for our honeymoon. Good staff, very good housekeeping and very clean at the room.

Superior Twin Room, room given no. 1615 level 16”
Centre commercial, good location, city view and sea view, easy to find some food very nearly. Staffs serviced very good. But when I stayed that day one night here, around my room something disturb, got sound likely knocking about from 10.00pm to 12.00pm. Then I asked recipients to check that. He said nothing happen. After 1.00am everything is OK.
