My sister and I truly enjoyed our stay here while traveling Bangkok for the first time. When compared to other hotels in the area, this one beats them out in terms of pricing (for the hotel tier they're in). And while I agree with the other reviewers that the interior needs a bit of updating, it is still comfortable nevertheless. I especially loved the hospitality of the staff and the bonus perk of drop off/pick up from the nearby train stations using their own 'tuk tuk'. Overall, I would certainly stay here again whenever I get the chance to visit Bangkok again.

Absolutely brilliant!”
What a phenomenal place to stay! I was travelling with my parents, brother and young son (1 yr). The staff were amazing as soon as we arrived and offered us the pool and free internet u til we could check in to our room. The lady at the desk got us in early so that my son could have his afternoon nap. We initially booked for 3 nights and ended up staying our whole trip. The food was spectacular, rooms were so very clean and very obliging staff.

This hotel, it’s staff, it’s restaurant, and totally updated facilities are a diamond in the rough ”
Are used to have to go to Bangkok on business trips several times a year but had not returned for the past four years. My observations were that the pollution is greatly reduced compared to four years ago and the construction and dismantling of dilapidated properties is amazing. This Radisson features several chuck chuck‘s which drop you at the foot of the BTS skytrain station. The breakfast included in your room is gourmet quality complete with egg preparation station, as one would expect from a five-star hotel. A great value for the money! I look forward to returning is that I had forgotten How enjoyable a trip to Bangkok and Thailand can be. Even if it includes a trip to the dentist!

Clean, comfortable and central”
It was the first time in Radisson Suites and very recommendable. Check-in and-out was smooth and professional, beds were very comfy, breakfast great, the rooms were quite big for a couple and quiet. So we enjoyed our short stay very much as it was very near to BTS stations and nightlive. They even have a free shuttle to BTS.

My stay was for 2 nights. Staff were all friendly, professional, and very genuine . They provided 5 star service, upgraded my room for free, provided a great buffet breakfast , and overall service was amazing . Facilities like the pool and in room wifi was all so convenient located for any traveller. The free tuktuk service was real plus. I will stay with them again due mostly too the wonderful service I received and also value for money.

Westernized hotel with wonderful staff”
After staying in youth hostels and very cheap hotels throughout Thailand for 10 days, the Radisson felt like a necessary luxury hotel. However, it did not have the price tag associated with a luxury hotel. It’s off the main drag which is nice so it’s quiet. The staff speaks great English and is extremely accommodating. My only regret is not staying here longer!

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the location is great and they even had a shuttle service to the nearby mall and train station, my only comment will be the condition of the room, although clean, but the room needs a little bit of minor repairs like lampshade is lopsided just minor renovation to spruce up the place . other than that I’m quite happy with service :)
