Breakfast cancelled- said covid. No room service. Went to room several items not restocked in the room..Toilet paper, Soap and Coffee maker cups. In evenings no one at the service desk. Called the Bettendorf address. Went to a call center which hung up on me. I went to my room called the desk and was pleasantly surprised they brough the necessary items with speed and accurately. Overall, disappointed in their lack of concern for the customers. Room was not bad and it was clean except one old wash rag left from former occupant.

A great big "eh" overall”
With a broken lamp, broken hair dryer, & a general level of "yard sale" quality to everything, I wasn't impressed. The toilet was freakishly, & imho, dangerously short (like 13 inches high with lid/seat closed). Not a place I'd recommend or revisit.

The description of the pool on the webpage was false, this was not an indoor water park. Only a pool”
We booked expecting a fun indoor water park, it didn't exist! They only had a pool. The water temperature was so cold my grandsons lips & mouth turned blue. Complained to the front desk, was told the temperature couldn't be changed. The WIFI did not work at all, no signal & poor signal was all we could get. Positives: rooms were clean. (Except for the dirty old body smell). Staff was nice and freindly. Breakfast was good. The kids really enjoyed making & eating the waffles.

DON'T WASTE YOURSELF”
Ramada has had a long-standing reputation around certain parts of the country as being a first-class accommodation. For that reason, I had no hesitation to stay. However, what I learned was something totally different from my expectations. My wife and I, along with our two young children, booked a room there for six nights. Upon first entering the room, we noticed the carpet lag (stretched way too far). That told us something about the upkeep of the motel. Second, there was no remote control for the TV. I had to call and then go down and get one from the front desk. We did have a fridge and microwave at not extra cost though. That was a plus. And, the room was large with two queen beds, just what we needed. So, we weren't off to a terrible start. But, the next day and the following days were more telling. The cleaning staff didn't bother to change sheets the entire week, at times vacuum the floor, make the beds, or empty trash. It was appalling.
