Great hotel and kind staff”

I ended up getting sick on the train to Luxor, and I was treated like family at this hotel. They fed me well and checked up on me even though the Covid pandemic had most people worried. as a Canadian it made me feel at home.
The town can be a bit dusty, definitely need a mask.

Kind and welcoming staff in the very relaxed and friendly Ramsess Hostel!”

We had an amazing time at the Ramsess Hostel and felt really welcome and relaxed there! The atmosphere has the same warmth of a family home. The room was cozy and spacious and it had two balconies! Also the rooftop has an amazing view and you can have your meals there if you like or in the cool and green garden downstairs when it&#39;s too hot (we were there in February so the weather was divine). Everything worked and there was even a fridge in the room! The prices are really good especially considering the good quality. Also, you have to have have dinner there, they make the most delicious food for a good price. All and all this place is 10 out of 10!

Very nice hostel with good location, very close to the ferry to reach the east coast and just beside a bike-renting place (very handy to explore the west-side of Luxor). The staff was very friendly. They spontaneously made a super-cute cake for my b-day (which they knew from my passport), and they always made sure I had everything I needed.
The place was very clean, but I had many ants in the room. It was not a big deal for me, but other guests might find it not so nice.

Die Freundlichkeit der Leute, Lage. Die Zimmer des Hotels beginnen in der zweiten Etage im Erdgeschoss befinden sich die Wohnräume der Gastgeber was es für uns zu einem unterhaltsamen Urlaub mit Familienanschluss gemacht hat. Die Lage in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße unweit vom Fähranleger.
Die auf Booking angegebene Lage des Hotels ist irreführend, was uns einige Schwierigkeiten bereitet hat dieses zu finden.

It is an excellent family run hotel. Naser, the owner is a very nice, person helping with every issue even beyond expectations. I had a very pleasant stay in Ramsess Hostel. Mindenkinek szivböl ajánlom ezt a kellemes, családias hangulatú panziót, akár egyéni utazóknak, akár pároknak vagy csládoknak. Ha újra Luxorban járnék ugyanitt szállnék meg. Naser, a tulajdonos nagyon segítökész, aki mindent egyszerüen és gyorsan megold, emellett pedig mosolygós, müvelt és kiváló társaság. Csak ajánlani tudom a helyet.
